To me, it was obvious that everyone would die at one point ... I was surprise that Clementine survived and didn't shoot herself when she was alone until she saw someone maybe friendly or enemy.
I'm surprise how many people care so much about the caracters, I like the game but I didn't care who survived ... not like in Heavy Rain and not so much different path possible.
I cared about Lee and Clemmie, and later Christa and Omid, the rest of the people in the groups I would have shot them myself if possible.
