Shop near wrecked ship in Chapter 1?

    My map says there's a shop slightly north of the wrecked ship in chapter 1 but I can't find a path to it. The icon on my map appeared suddenly in the quest "The Scent of Incense" when I agreed to meet the dude outside town and go to the hideout. It disappeared after finishing the quest though. Not a real shop?

    It is the hideout the alchemist uses, depending on how you do the quest, you can go there, or be taken there, or never see it.
    Depending on how you get access (if you even do), and how you leave, you may never be able to return.

    At least I think that that is the place you mean.

    It's definitely a shop symbol and in a different spot than the ! sign indicating the hideout. The map was made slightly bigger in order to show the hideout so I'm guessing it must be a shop from a chapter that takes place slightly north of chapter 1. Just an accident that it shows on the map probably.
