This game definitely could be played a few different ways, with different choices, and drastically different story outcomes. I'm not that kind of dude, though, I know if I replayed it I would make the same choices. Well, except for the fact that I made Geralt cheat on his old lady before I really understood that he had one. Oops.

There are quirks, as can be expected. I fell victim to a glitch (pressed the attack button by accident while around non-hostile guards) which caused me to have to restart the game entirely. That was my fault, though, and bound to happen. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally decapitated someone while grocery shopping.

The gameplay, upgrade system, and choice in mission completion are what is to be expected from a third person RPG, and scratches that itch. The swordplay in itself becomes much more entertaining with upgrades, and makes you feel that you really accomplished some fancy moves, when in all likelihood it was the game's AI.

A pretty entertaining game.
