It's supposed to be Tin Pin Slammer. You get the option from Shibu Department Store at the Herbal Medicine Shop.
As a quest item, you require the following :
1x 1000yen
1x 500 yen
1x 100yen
Unlocking it will allow you to play Tin Pin Slammer against your friends.

my apologies for anything missing >_> when i was typing it out no one bothered to bug me about it =P
and any numbering problems are cause i switched around numbering formats a few times cause i forgot a few systems... iirc the tin pin slammer/marble slash section threw off my numbering a bit as well as a lot more questions about the gameplay system.

What's left of the Tin Pin option then?
Apologies for the late reply. In this answer, there may be small spoilers.
After finishing the game, you have a new option in your menu that's called 'Chapters'. It allows you to skip to any chapter in the game from this menu. For every chapter there are now a set of objectives for each stage, achieve them all to get parts of the 'Secret Report', which is basically background information to the game. It also gives you access to another chapter, based around tinpin.

It's still one of my favourite games.
I only stopped playing because the only active players left were well.... Either Gus, or people from different timezones.
Everyone else was rating 2000 and walked into monster rushes and falling skies >_>
Anyways, how does a topic get stickied? Does this topic qualify to be a sticky, or is it lacking in some way?
