So, let me get this straight... Shadow of destiny + Tales series?
From the trailer, it looks like a girl is about to get married, but her husband gets murdered instead. As a result, she develops a split personality (that's blonde? o_O) and goes back in time to save him... by fighting bear monsters and other neer-do-wells. Also, he's a dragon now.
The scene where she got stabbed (I...think?) by the girl makes me feel like the original scene might keep getting altered as she changes stuff, and you have to keep stopping it ... in a loop like a certain anime I won't spoil or SoD. This. looks. AWESOME!
looks like two separate drawings pasted on top each other for every frame, if you notice it well the character and the foe isn't actually hitting each other.
hmmm at first i was going to import but now i think ill hold off it don't look bad but at the same time when she was runing in town and what not it looks very haf ass or like an old 2D comp game
Looks like it will be cheesy but I guess thats fine for a while but It looks like it would be fun.
The gameplay looks quite iffy, just from the trailer. Full length battles would definitely be better to get a much better view of the experience instead of having to watch clips of it.
I was excited at first about this whole "HD Anime" experience, but the gameplay is starting to give me some doubts the whole experience. I'm not going to say that the game sucks because of "bad" gameplay but hopefully they reveal a lot more detail about it in the future way before the actual planned released date.

I was really looking forward to this game, hoping it would be translated, but everything this trailer showed off really made me begin to doubt if it will be any good, The combat looks very weird, and from what I'm seeing it doesn't look like it'd be a whole lot of fun. The animation is also not looking very good, and when a game is trying so hard to be like an anime, I would at least like halfway decent animation.
It's just a trailer though, so hopefully it will be better than what we see here, but talk about screwing up a first impression...
