I just picked this up a couple of days ago, but every time i ever turn it on, i have to agree to the terms of service. I have also lost all progress and accumulated SP... What am i doing wrong? (did search board and answers and came up with nothing.)

You don't have to scroll all the way through it - if you just hit right, it'll jump to the end. Alternatively it won't pop up if you start the game while you're offline.
