I'm replaying the original now on PC. Conviction was a sub-par game at the very best and now they want to capitalize on it's arcade automated mark&execute gameplay?

Why did they change voice actors for Sam Fisher?

Hey Sam fisher got his balls chopped and talks like a kid.

All most thought he was gonna say "Im Shepherd, and I'm a spectre".

This is a seller/launch trailer. But I need to see alot of gameplay. Splinter Cell will suffer the same fate as CoD, if they don't make so changes. And not just mechanics. But the how feel of the game.

Dear Ubisoft- Making everything look shiny and greasy does not equal good graphics.  Please stop.

Poor voice acting! Everything he says sounds so weak. Imagine the 1st dialog being acted by Michael Ironside? Yeah thats right much better. Also where is the better facial animation? No that is not any better.

Ok looks bad ass, definitely keeping my eyes on this one.Unless it's a complete bomb (unlikely) I'm getting this game for sure. 

PD: the new voice REALLY sucks, Ironside was perfect!

I am  a devoted Sam Fisher fan. My favorite is Pandora Tommorow but all SC games were mega fun und entertaining. Well the last one was kind of out of the row but still amazing. Pity Michael Ironside is not the voice actor anymore but then Sam doesn't even look like himself after Conviction as well. Now that I think about it, the serie seem to only bear the same name and has not all that much to do with the original game.

As for them fu*&ing things up because of changing sams voice actor from michael ironside i'd say this is going to be really fun.

Splinter cell: Amazing game, all time advancement of stealth in a videogame. 9.4

Splinter cell Pandora tommorow: one of THEE Best sequals ever. epic multiplayer mode. 10.0

Splinter cell Chaos theroy: Best singleplayer of the series. striped of the soul multiplayer however. New ledge grapple moves and sweet gadgets didn't save it from the number of exploits and glitchs that ruined multiplayer. 7.2

Splinter cell double agent: New take on the serie's gameplay. Entertaining singleplayer but also disapointing. "Sam leaves the NSA!" new multiplayer. (original xbox and the 360 both had VERY diffrent multiplayers.) fun but also a disapointment for long-time SC fans. 8.0

Splinter cell conviction: Hugh new retake of the splinter cell franchise. meny were disapointed while meny were overjoyd. IT BEING A SPLINTER CELL GAME- 6.5 IT BEING A VIDEO GAME- 9.1

Splinter cell blacklist: As far as i can see here...its SC:C with better graphics and new spies vs merc mode and no ironside....ether gonna be really bad or really good.

Looking forward to it.

Someone remind me why this is game is called Splinter Cell?? The first 3 of them were stealth games and then its been action movie "stealth" since. This looks like it would be fun, but why is it named Splinter Cell again? I just don't see how they can name it that without any sort of stealth in this Michael Bay looking game.

dang im so glad they are finally making another cover-based shooter, its a nice break from all of these stealth games everybody makes

Did I just watch a "Gears of Splinter Cell" or "generic cover shooter 123" remake ?

Again, the maps seem to be conveniently set up to silently kill 1 guy and "mark and execute" the others, then repeat the same procedure in all the following, totally linear, map segments from the 0815 story generator.

Yay for innovation and a good stealth game .. it's just not in this one either.

Rest in peace, Sam fisher, you've been dead for some time already, since (including) "Conviction" all UbiSoft does is to rape that dead body for cash.

it feels like he's aged untill 5, and all of the sudden he un-aged.

Not jumping to conclusions but I have a feeling that this might end up being the worst game in the franchise.

Why the hell does Sam sound like some 16y old? Is this a prequal?

I'm a huge fan of splinter cell, especially pandora tomorrow (because it's in my country Indonesia) and chaos theory (because it's awesomeness). But when the conviction got out...... that doesn't work, it was a total loss for me. I hope you guys didn't mess this one up. Please bring back our joy when playing chaos theory one more time. That's all i ask as a splinter cell series fan.

can't Ubisoft just make multiple Skins and Voice-overs and  then allow experienced fans to select Micheal Ironside and twilight fans to select whoever the f*** this is.

This trailer feels like a call of duty game, terrorist plotting to attack and its up to a  less than 30 year old assassin to play specter and save the day with a license to kill and diplomatic immunity from the president. Was Tom Clancy even involved in this.
