1 Like Looks super fun but Lara screams so much. haha. Hold yourself together girl. But I like the story arch they are trying to go for. I hope by the end of the game they pull off a fully realized, tough as nails, Lara.
Gameplay wasn't as good as I expected, not even nearly. They could and really need to work on that, I'm not getting the game but just stating my opinion for people who will. I was never a fan of Tomb Raider, I don't know why but it wasn't for me. This game looks really good, surely reminds me of Uncharted. Movements look too "robotic", I guess that's one way of putting it. Action scenes do look very awesome and the scenery was very good. Water animations aren't top notch but that's something hard to get.

1 Like I am loving this game every minute.I am so glad that I preorder my CE copy and will be waiting to play it on 03-05-13.Using the elements around you and being tactical is sure to show off Lara's survival skills.
1 Like my high points in this game are arrow/rope zip-line and may be parachute sequences which admittedly cool but not new because i seen something similar like this in the final hours of AC revelations where ezio use parachute to dodge buildings,regardless though it still looks pretty awesome.everything else are just elements from uncharted and other games.i also like the open world concept which adds more flavor to the survivor aspect of the game.i don't think it going to be groundbreaking, but it has potential and hopefully it will be a good game.
2 Like What a masterpiece of a game.Great environment ,very nice graphics,and beautiful voice acting.There is really nothing to comment or write.The game does the talking by its presentation .Great work there at square enix,it makes you wonder sometimes when a team wants to make a great game they can do it.ONE OF THE BEEEEEEEST GAMES OF THE YEAR. Definetely light at the end of a dark tunnel from stupid games that usually surface up. Great work. Congrats !!!!!
1 Like I think it looks pretty good, I like the change in gameplay from other tomb raider titles. The trap where she gets flipped and has to shoot upside down was kinda cool!
I'm sorry, but is this some kind of joke? I mean, come on, they repeat the "third person" cover/shoot/run/cutscene over and over again. Take Lara Croft, Mickey Mouse, or any other character and you can make a game like this. Just sad.
1 Like It looks like a cool game, but I just don't feel like it's a Tomb Raider game any more. I enjoyed TR games for the clever platforming and challenging puzzles. The focus wasn't violence, it was exploring and adventure.
1 Like @drumma1 I hear you on the puzzles, but it does seem like exploration will still be a strong focus in this version. Of course we wont know until release.
1 Like @drumma1 I do agree with you there! But that was only one part of the game maybe there will be other aspects where you explore only. I really hope for this because, yeah i would not be a TR title without exploring and artifacts!
1 Like While I was a bit put-off by the multiplayer announcement, this video has me genuinely excited for this title again.
1 Like @cjimrun I felt the same, but hopefully they spent more time developing the single-player experience, which is what I'm most excited about for this new origin story.
