Tony Hawks Pro Skater was a big hit and this one was as well. And IMO this is the best in the series and no other one will beat it. No other skating game that is.

The gameplay is similar to the first one but a lot more better. The huge environments make it a little harder to collect everything at once. There are a lot of things to do. If you are a new comer to this series you will enjoy it the first time you play it. There are a lot of objectives to do. For example you have to get a large amount of points and as you get to the next stage they get harder and harder, you have to collect the letters S-K-A-T-E, collect an amount of money they tell you, collect a hidden tape and much more. Than you must be asking yourself, what is this all for? Well, you gain money and with that, you can buy new boards you can get more stats, more skating skills, and more moves. And there are a lot of great pro skaters to choose from. THPS is not a game you would like to miss out on. The multiplayer is just simply amazing. You can play up to five different types of games. Graffiti, where you have to tag up as many things you can before the time limit is reached, horse, where one person makes his move to get as many points before touching the ground and the other person trys to beat it. There is also tag which explains for itself, theres a freestyle and a battle of who gets the most points in an amount of time. Really great and enjoyable, and the best thing is that you can creat your own skating park the way you want it with anything you want to include in it from the choices they give you.

The graphics are really amazing. They are some of the best on the 64. The character models are well designed the boards are great, the environments are huge and everything is nicely detailed. Great music too, i love it. And it is very easy to control your character, very easy to do combos and other moves, you wont have a problem with that. Overal, THPS is a game everyone MUST own, you seriously cannot miss out on this game! I highly recommend this game to every 64 owner!
