Trackmania is one of the best multiplayer racing experiences available. Every facet of this game is customizable and custom content can then be sold back to players which keeps the games economy flowing. This game features high definition graphics and sound which makes it the most visually appealing game in the series so far. All races in this game are time trial and ranking based making it a sure miss for most brain dead speed junkies. This game is not about getting there, it's about the journey. OBSTACLES are your main opponent and you must flip, loop, boost and roll to your objective as fast as possible. There are multiple environments to choose from, each with a unique car type with special handling. These include hot-rods, rally cars and off-road trucks. If you enjoy level design then the track and car editors will keep you quite entertained. Unlike Trackmania Nations more environments and track pieces taken from older Trackmania games are available. One sad thing about this game is that most players of the game only play Trackmania Nations and the games North American following is severely lacking. Because of this you will mostly be playing on free stadium servers until your rank increases. Anyways the level editor in this game is flawless and easy to test with. Not to mention the custom fonts, track intros, camera angles and the ability to add custom server music and alerted which open up a whole new realm of options.
