Was there anything that's been said regarding the length of the campaign ? I think I heard somewhere it's supposed to be 14 chapters, but did they gave an approximate in hours ? I loved the first game but felt it was a little too short...yeah I'm one of those guys that pretty much only play single player or multiplayer on split-screen, rarely online...

Also, is there suppose to be more playable characters than the 12 displayed on the official site ? If the 14 chapters thing is true, I guess it will be one character per chapter with two more yet to be revealed or maybe we get to play as Prime and Megatron twice ?

Looks like it's 13 Chapters, unless there's more chapters that don't have an achievement specifically tied to them. Not sure about length of the campaign time wise, but there are unlockables that require you to play through multiple times to buy everything, supposedly, so single player should be a little more involved than WFC.

We're not 100% sure what the characters on the site actually represent, because we know generally which characters are playable in campaign, and they don't match up 100% (Specifically, Swindle likely isn't playable, as there's a level that is most likely for Bruticus. Also, I kind of doubt Perceptor would get the nod.) As such, it's likely that the site is a mixture between stuff for campaign and stuff for escalation - and we know there are more character for Escalation, at the least. Plus, likely more 'parts' for Multiplayer.

I just looked at the achievements, didn't know they were out. This is what I think....

(spoilers I guess)

1 : Bumblebee (picture)
2 : ???
3 : Optimus (using Metroplex)
4 : Cliffjumper (invisibility)
5 : Jazz ???
6 : Vortex (pic)
7 : Shockwave ???
8 : Bruticus, but I guess we get to play as Swindle or another Combaticon before combining
9 : ?
10 : Megatron (Hover +pic)
11 : Starscream (description+pic)
12 : Grimlock (duh..)
13 : Megatron and/or Optimus

I guess 9 would be Soundwave. 2 is Perceptor if we go according to the characters on the site, if not probably Ironhide or Ratchet. So it seems we won't play as any of the insecticons...As long as I can play a chapter as Shockwave !

They said that Vortex's mission will end with you joining as Bruticus. Man I can't wait to play that. I would loved to have seen Superior too. Think about awesome it would have been to fight a combiner with another combiner........sigh. Maybe next time T_T
