i think gamespot needs some transformation in the review centre. I never liked the previous transformers games (i played them) but this one was way better and very good. It deserve 8.0+ score. Some crap games on gamespot get 9.0 rating and some good games dont get the appreciation it deserve and i dont get it why?

Too many critics aren't giving this game the credit it deserves. They rate it low because it steals from other games, but watch when KZ3, Gears of Wars 3, UC3, and Halo Reach come out, they will be going crazy, but then again these games have a certain quality that is not found in this game, but for anyone who want something different in the shooter category with G1 goodness...this is your game... I LOVE it. But believe me when I say the quality isn't AAA.

Wow. SImply wow. The Demo is serioulsy great and looking forward to this game. Great credit to the guys mixing the old with the new without spoiling it like they did with the last movies.

The game is all in all very good, but the PC version(don't know about the consoles)needed to be a bit more polished, especially when it comes to the look of the transformers.

One thing I took note of was that both the PS3, and PC versions have much more detail in the textures and effects. The PS3 and Xbox360 versions both have the same game performance but the PS3 version has depth of field, and true 720p HD rez textures, the effects also have more color too them on the PS3. It's vary odd that a PS3 UE3 game has more color, and detail then an Xbox360 UE3 game. Over all no matter the platform High Moon did a great job on all systems it runs the same on both Xbox360, and PS3, and while the PS3 has better texture and color depth, the Xbox360 uses the killer AA that it's GPU is known for while the PS3 uses A vary well done and performing Cell CPU based AA. This game and PoP, plus Dead Space, and Red Faction, as well as even Darksiders now show the PS3 has more power. Next thing we know games like Bullet storm will show off even more detail on the PS3, already Medal of Honor on PS3 looks great, BFBC2 has higher rez effects, and texture details then Xbox360, and even Assassin's Creed shows of the PS3s power. Seems the more developers use both the Cell, and RSX not just the RSX like you would on a PC, the more power the PS3 has to bring to the table. In fact much of what the PS3 dose can be done on PCs now with DX11 where you can off load effects, and other things to a CPU as a developer if you need it.
