Like a surgical needle entering your body. The pain is tiny, but you still feel it. Twisted Metal is that kind of pain.

BUT its brutal trophy there is no game hard like this

not so good like on PS2 and PS1 and the difference between cars in strong health is bad idea hard trophies too.
