We chat with Richard Lemarchand, Amy Hennig, and Justin Richmond about the direction and story details of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.
uncharted 2 was the best game i hav ever played in ps3. i wish uncharted 3 has the same awesomeness or even better if that is possible. i can't wait for this game
These are some of the best looking games around, the stories are engaging and above all tinged with drama and humour and married to great controls which makes playing them all the more fun - well done Naughty Dog.
"Even the nomads just go around it" Not something you want to read in the Michelin Tourist Guide.....
I WANT THIS!!!!! im finally playing through the second game for the first time, and its amazing. it's making the wait for this game even longer!
@Church3000 @smithboy1177 Except the fact that Naughty Dog is owned by Sony. It will never be a game that will be multiplatform.
@coyleyofhull, the controls of both games are close to the same but the games are entirely different. The controls for the jump and the hand fights are the same but everything else is different. Uncharted has a different story, different genre, and different release date than Assassin Creed. Your statement is invalid.
I like the honesty of these people. They really know what they're doing and are honest about it, as from what they want from the game, what they want to improve and how they're listening to the fans.
@hitockiri your the idiot , its my opinion i feel like they have copied it looks like the same parkour freerunning movements and climbing.
@Church3000 Your right, I guess you're lucky Bioware got things straight after being bought by EA. Naughty Dog should take a page from them, everyone wins when games aren't exclusives; except the ones making the big $$$$
@smithboy1177 actually BIOWARE gave Sony access to Mass Effect. Microsoft didn't have a say in the matter because they where the buyer not the developer. plus it was only Mass Effect 2 and the only reason they where able to keep Mass Effect 1 was because they bought the Rights to it. but they couldn't keep mass effect 2 because Bioware wouldn't sell. so technically your saying that because Microsoft gave us nothing we should give them Uncharted? yeah good luck with that one. :)
When there is no new information, no new video, no new screenshots than what all fans have seen a month ago, then there is no need for this article. Shame on gamespot.
Playstation exclusives are the best, but thats just my opinion so no microsoft or nintendo fanboys telling me otherwise!
@hitockiri In theory exclusives just show that some companies prefer making games for different systems. But PS3 is superior to XBOX
@coyleyofhull , Uncharted copied Assassin's creed? , My God, Sorry dude but you sound like an Idiot,
@sethbouldin Well if you go by Naughty Dog's track record, uncharted 4 is going to be some sort of racing game :P Maybe they'll make a Hydro Thunder Clone lol
With so many insane exclusives for 2011, WHO IN THE FLYING F*** WOULD EVER WANT TO BE STUCK WITH AN XBOX ?!?
@beyonce15 You know what you just did? you just came in here and insulted everyone on this web site by saying that all we do is sit here and argue about video games all day. And if you ask me THATS narrow minded and a little bit prickish.
Uncharted is in its own league, thats all you ass's do is compare games to one another... thats so narrow minded, alot of hard work and thought is gone into making this game and many other games alike. They wanted to recreate a great adventure game full of suspence etc and they made it happen with Uncharted 1-2 number 2 was a great improvment from the first I really enjoyed it and this 3rd intallation really shows the effort, its a movie in it self lol. I would love them to add more multiplayer content, because while its such a strong single player game, when you not playing on your own the multiplayer is the perfect place to be once you've completed the game.
I like the jump stealth move from high above on a ledge. That is so cool. I was hoping for that in the 2nd one but it wasn't there. Thank you Uncharted 3.
i wonder what's gonna be the random 'monster' this time around. uncharted 1 had the infected monster people uncharted 2 had the dressed as yeti monsters uncharted 3...MUMMIES?!?! a man can dream, can't he?
