It is time for week 7 of the SMGBT!

This week, we have:

Super Mario Galaxy: One of the two most acclaimed Wii titles, Super Mario Galaxy has Mario traveling throughout space to save Peach. It includes some great new powerups, great control, a great story, and great levels. A cla$$ic!

Super Mario Galaxy 2: The second of the most acclaimed Wii titles. This game improves on everything, which includes better graphics, better control, and better camera. It also includes Yoshi! A much harder game than SMG. Another cla$$ic.

Vote now! This may be a tough one.

I voted for Super Mario Galaxy 2. Yoshi was just legendary in the sequel having his own power ups.

People can say what they want about Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, or Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, but without question, the Super Mario Galaxy series is the best "duo" of games since Mario World and Yoshi's Island.

 

Both Galaxys are godly,  but in the end, I'm picking Galaxy 2, which is saying something.

Galaxy 2 was absolutely amazing as far as gameplay and amount of content. But the lack of a story and a weak hub made Galaxy 2's atmosphere a little weak.

Super Mario Galaxy 2, by far. Super Mario Galaxy is an amazing game, but the levels are either really easy, or really hard, whether or not it's due to lack of depth perception or bad camera angle.

Mario 64. MUCH different than Sunshine.Sunshine is much different from Galaxy. Galaxy 2. The same friggin' thing just with the unneeded yoshi that they just add in at the last second.They just pop in some new levels and say f**k you. If they milk it more for a third.....I"LL STRANGE THEM!!

I would love a third Super Mario Galaxy game. I just don't know what direction they could take it to...

Sunshine is a sequel to 64

Galaxy is a sequel to Sunshine

G2 is a sequel to Galaxy

This was a tough one, I'll go with SMG2. It improved on a lot, it had Yoshi, and Throwback Galaxy was a nice addition.
