New to The HeadCrab Union? Why don't you tell us some things about yourself. Take the next step and introduce yourself to the HCU's community. Everybody has to start somewhere. Tell us who you are, why you joined and other info, such as your Steam name, so any friends you make here can contact you to see if you're up for a game of CS:S, DoD:S or TF2. How did you find us? What kind of games do you play? Do you plan on getting involved in our community? Let us know what's up.

Steam Group - Chat Room: The HeadCrab Union has its own Steam
group. The group also contains the HCU's chat room, where you can
talk to other HCU members live. Use it to just chat or even schedule
game meets with fellow members.

Random Musings: This thread is only to be used for small talk amongst
members. If you want to say something that you think doesn't really
deserve its own thread then say it here. Off-topic is allowed, so if you
have something to say that should have its own thread then PLEASE
DON'T POST IT HERE! Make a thread on the board to help encourage
discussion on your topic.

Contribute News: If you find something that's newsworthy, you can
either post it in the HCU's News Contribution Thread, or if you think
it's important enough, go ahead and make a separate thread on the
HCU's forum. The HeadCrab Union will also be posting links in this
thread to news articles that are added to the front page. Please feel
free to make your own threads on this news.

We used to require new members to use an HCU signature in order to
join, but have since made it optional. We kindly ask you though to help
advertise us by using one of our community made HCU signatures. This
is extremely helpful in allowing new members to find and join our
community. It will help us become more active. Also, please link your
signature to our home page, thanks!

I'm Michael and I live in Northern Ireland. I joined HCU some years ago because I was impressed with the quality of the union and I like Half Life games. I found HCU through Sentinel's sig, and I play mainly shooters, fighters and RPGs. I also have participated in the community ever since I joined.

Hey I'm Uas-2001. Joined the union over 2 years ago I think. I bought the Orange Box and really enjoyed the Half Life 2 games. Thought this was the place to be.

Hi, I'm Mason. I'm 17 and living in Michigan. My first Valve game was The Orange Box for the Playstation 3, which I never heard of until I rented it. After realizing that it was awesome I went out and bought it and have been a Valve fan ever since. They're tied with Bioware as my favorite developer. I'm also one of the rare people that still plays Team Fortress 2 on the Playstation so feel free to add me if you're up for that or any other multiplayer game. (PSN ID is skittles14mjj)

My name is Benjamin, and my first VALVe product I purchased was the Orange Box. Half-Life 2 was the first game I played, but Portal was the first that I beat. I joined this union because of its proffesional design, it's active and engaging community, and its leader who's political views (or rants I should say ) are in accordance with mine. Because I'm a full time college student who also holds a job, it is unlikely that I will be able to contribute a great deal of OC to this union, but I promise to be a faithful lurker .

I'm Adam, I'm a complete Valve devotee as of 2007. I swear by the Half Life Games and their subsequent offshoots like Portal. I read, write and comment on anything Half Life related, Portal related or  happens to be anything vaguely about platformers (which are my other great love). Hope to see more of this evergreen union and generally talk gravity gun with fellow Half Life fanboys (and girls).

For Science!
