Recomend Artists and Songs

Have you heard a new song recently and wanted to share? Or do you want to promote your favorite band? If you thought "yes!" then this is the thread for you

Also don't forget to comment on what others have posted!

***

Rogue Traders (original singer) is my first recomendation. Alas as many bands break up, (this always seems to happen) a relationship went sour and now they have a new singer. I only listen to the original.

VOODOO CHILD

DON'T YOU WANNA FEEL

WATCHING YOU

WE'RE COMING HOME

NEVER LIKED YOU - The asian guy in the clip taught the actors in the recent Star Wars films how to fight.

I also recommnd the lead singer Natalie Bassingthwaighte.

I recommend Jawbox, they're a pretty cool band I'm liking right now.

Alternative Rock/Post Punk I guess. You might like them if you like Nirvana I would guess.

There are a lot of people that I would like to recommend, but for now I'll just say Stevie Wonder.

He has a great voice and his songs have great instrumentals, it's ridiculous.

My recent thing I've been enjoying is a solo musician who operates under the name Black Pus. He's the drummer and vocalist for a band/duo called Lightning Bolt whom make rather heavy and harsh sounding 'noise rock', and his solo project is along similar lines except instead of drumming and guitar work, his Black Pus solo material focuses on his drumming around numerous effects and production work.

Most definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but I personally quite like it.

Already in my signature, but Lizzy Mercier Descloux. Wikipedia says: mutant disco, no wave, post-punk, worldbeat. I prefer the worldbeat.

My real name is Richard and I'm from Auckland, New Zealand. Here is my dead music union The Bear and Walrus Music Pub. My Last.FM profile page is here, and listen to Lizzy Mercier Descloux and Laura Nyro.
