Hi there all... Im sorry to bother you all but I need some help

I don't know where else to ask but this seems to be the right place to ask such think

 The thing is im trying to make  flash banner  ( .SWF )

Im using program  FlashMedaPro 2   and when I do flash there with image and all it all works great in the program.

but once I produce it and try to view it  it shows up little to the side but it still works.

and once I upload it to the site all it shows is white box  "sad face"

What is wrong anyone can help me ? anyone have same program ? Please help
