Final Fantasy 12 was a great game for the PS2.The graphics were pretty good. The game had great lenghth for a storyline and I loved the characters. Is it me or did it seem like the characters had a bit of an accent? I kind of noticed and I thought that was cool.^_^ Tell something you liked about this game, and if you have any dislikes say them.Just a reminder that this is MY opinion about the game.

To start off saying that the graphics were pretty good is an extreme understatment . Seriously though, FF12 is the best looking game on the PS2 in my opinion. The graphics were amazing for PS2 and the cinematics were just the best looking cinematics I've seen.

I liked the story too, not as much as say I am liking the FF7 story, but the epic scale of the game makes hte story better in a way. The story is presented in a such a cinematic, grand style that it is great.

I also really liked the new battle system. I thought it was the best so far for FF games and worked out perfectly.

I'm really not sure what I disliked about. But then again, Vaan as sort of the main character wasn't the best choice. Also I didn't like Penelo too much . In a few cutscenes as well, the voice acting could have been done a bit better, but overall FF12 was just a masterpiece.

I like the story thus far, I've had the game since early 2008, and I just got up to leaving for Giruvegan again (my previous file of 70 hours was corrupted) I love the graphics, my favorite characters are Balthier, Fran, and Basch, though I don't care so much about the others. The only thing that turns me off of this game, is the gameplay itself. The combat system, and how meaningless stats are without epic equipment.

you don't like that battle system? Eh, I thought it was great. You didn't have to bother going into a separate battle screen, but it wasn't an action rpg still. It was a great blend of turn-based and action.

Like all FF the story is amazing. It was the combat system that lost it for me. It was nice against weak enemies but the only fun was when you had to manually use moves to defeat boss characters. Otherwise it was story and the leading man that kept me coming back for more. Does anyone think that the guns should have been more powerful?

I'm guessing so.

The guns definitely should have done more damage, I ended up switching Balthier to using a Bow because its damage output is so much higher.

I need a little bit of help. I am at the part of the game where i am suppose to go fly to ridorana, but i havent because i have been doing my marks, and side mission. i keep going to the cerobi steppie in the crossfield section to look for ribbon in the tressure. i equip the diamond armlet everytime but i never get the ribbon i always get knot rust or etc. do i have to be further in the game to get it to spawn? or is do i have to just keep checkiing everytime i restart the game?
