A New Video from The G-Man
Well, I finally made a new video. But I kind of lied, though. It's not about GUN, or Wanted Dead or Alive. Instead, it's a Halo 3 video with the MJOLNIR Mix (or some of it) for background music. I tried using "Baba O'Riley" by The Who again and considered "Rise Today" by Alterbridge, but nothing seemed to work well. I settled on using the MJOLNIR Mix, the remixed Halo theme. It sounds pretty good, but I couldn't find enough clips without the HUD on display to accomodate the entire length of the song. The video is 2:07 and can be found here. I've decided to make this one a YouTube exclusive, since it fits in with the other videos I have there. These ones not so much.

Please direct all comments to the video on YouTube, and be sure to rate the video! Hope you enjoy.

Oh, and you might notice on my account on YouTube that I have the Super Mario Galaxy Music Video from this account on there. I intend to take that down and do another Mario Galaxy video. This one will feature "Jump" by Van Halen. I'm not sure if it will be my next video, but it will definitely come eventually.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls...

....I come to you with a grand statement! You may remember the format with which I used on my YouTube videos for God of War II and Shadow of the Colossus (the latter being some of my best work, in my opinion.) Remember, the one with "Government Man Productions Presents a -The-G-Man- Film"? And then the rather strange picture of my namesake?

Well, anyway, once my computer was wiped of those videos, I took on a different format. However, I am returning to the older format in my triumphant return, for it's a new music video. You see, my new video features "Wanted Dead or Alive" by Bon Jovi, who's song "Have a Nice Day" is featured in my God of War II Music Video here on GameSpot. "Wanted Dead or Alive" is more or less a c lassic, or at least a song many people know. It is going to be the backdrop of a music video for Neversoft's GUN, which is appropriate considering GUN is a Western-themed game.

Just thought I'd let you all know.

Moving To A Different Account

I've grown tired of my account here, so I've decided to make a new one. If you wish to still be friends, track my new account, norfair_dweller.

I've deleted my user reviews and will move all of them except the Wii Play one over to the new account once I am able. My new account is Super Metroid themed, as in the name, avatar, and signature in the forums (which you should see soon enough.) I bid you all the best of luck. I may use this account every once in a while, still, but for the most part I will be on my other account.

My union will require a leader. I'll take volunteers for a leader; remember, this can be only temporary until you find someone who wants to be the leader if you don't necessarily want to be the union leader. I will appoint an officer no matter what, so I would prefer that if no one wants to be the leader at least volunteer to be it temporarily so I don't have to make you the leader against your will.

Metal Arms, Medal of Honor: Frontline, and RE4: Wii Edition Impressions

As I've mentioned before, I purchased Metal Arms: Glitch in the System and Medal of Honor: Frontline for the Gamecube for about fourteen dollars from my local GameCrazy, Since I still have free rentals from purchasing my Wii there, I have rented Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition.

Let's start with Metal Arms, shall we? In Metal Arms you play as a small robot named Glitch during a time of robot civil war. I've gotten to the third or fourth level in Metal Arms, and let me tell you: this game is hard. And I do mean hard. In Metal Arms, it seems you're fairly even with your enemies. They must be shot a substantial amount of times to be taken down, and they normally attack in large groups. I have had to go through each areamany times in order to find a way to victory. I haven't had a chance to try out the multiplayer since I lack a second controller. But without a doubt, this game is very fun, despite the difficulty.

I've played Medal of Honor: Frontline before, mostly the multiplayer. I was king amongst my friends whenever we played, and I have the scars to prove it. This game is very, very easy compared to Metal Arms. In my absence of playing this game, I forgot it doesn't take place on a battlefield most of the time. Most of it takes place on secret missions. The single player is more linear than I would have liked, but it's still fun. And again, I haven't had a chance to try out the multiplayer.

Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition needs to be beaten by Friday. I must say, I'm a bit disappointed that there are no graphical improvements (or at least ones that stand out) from the Gamecube version. Sadly, RE4 still looks better than most games on the Wii. On the bright side, the gameplay is still as good as ever. The Wii remote provides a world of accuracy not achievable on the PS2 or Gamecube versions. That said,I have two complaints: the aiming reticle is one of them. It's always onscreen, which really isn't a large flaw but it is an annoyance. It look out of place compared to everything else, too. What was wrong with the laser sight? It made the game seem all the more realistic. My other complaint is the aiming. You have to move the nunchuk to change your aiming view since the view does not change when the reticle reaches the edge of the screen. It took some adapting, but I eventually overcame it. Maybe this is just me, but I think that design choice made the game a bit harder, namely the cabin sequence. I died several times when I have never died there before because I did not see some of the enemies. Maybe that was just me, however.

Sports Games Montage (My 3rd User Video)

This is my third user video, a montage of sports games with "Baba O'Riley" by The Who for background music. This is my shortest one yet since I don't use the whole song. This one took quite a bit of work because I used a TON of synchronization of actions in the video to the music. Hope you enjoy this one as much as you guys did the other ones!

Metroid Fusion Review

Here's my third review, this time for Metroid Fusion. I gave it a 9.3.

On a side note, I purchased Metal Arms: Glitch in the System and Medal of Honor: Frontline for about $14. I also rented RE4: Wii Edition.
