That's right guys. Italia won today in their last game in the group stages of the Euro 2008. With this win, and Romania's loss today, this seals their spot in the Knockout stages of the tournament! With goals by Andrea Pirlo on a PK and De Rossi on a free kick...the game was sealed.
Italia will play their first game this Sunday at 245 ET against the Spanish side who is looking very tough to beat with Villa at his peak in perfomance. It will be tough for the Azzuri to beat the Spainards while playing without Pirlo and Gattuso. Who are 2 of the main anchors in the midfield of the Azzuri. This is coming with no Cannavaro in the defense too. It is going to be tough for the Italian side to beat the Spanish, but I'll be rooting them on nonetheless.
Most of the games of this Euro 2008 are really enjoyable to watch. I've only found myself not interested in just a handful of games. My teams Spain and Italia are still in the running with Spain being at the top of Group B with maximum points in 2 games. They'll surely make the knockout stages. They are looking mighty well with David Villa playing at peak performance and Nando Torres looking just as amazing.
Italia had a rough first game against the Dutch losing 3-0. But in their second game against the Romanian side, they were locked in a 1-1 draw with the chance to advance to the knockout stage with a W against France in their final group game. Let's go Italia!
More thoughts when the knockout stage happens. Enjoy Euro 2008!
So, I finished 2 semesters of college. And to boot, I finished those semesters without having to pay a dime. Meaning, I kept my scholarship! It's a feat that nobody else in my family was able to accomplish and I feel pretty dang close to on top of the world right now. I finished with a 3.33 while taking 18 credit hours. That's a butt load if you didn't know.
On top of that, summer is rolling around, and I'll be headed to Florida for vacation in a week, and then leaving for North Carolina for the summer. June 1 - August 9. That's a long time. Gonna be doing a boys camp up there. It should be loads of fun.
GTA is really starting to wear on me. I'm tired of the not-even-close-to-being-needed cussing. It's just really annoying at this point. So, I've switched back over to Call of Duty 4 and been playing the crap out of that while I still have time.
A movie review for ya: P.S. I love you: 9/10. Now, I hate, HATE, HAAATTTEEEE chick flicks. But, I was made to sit down and watch one with my gal and 2 others. But, this movie wasn't the conventional chick flick, and I actually found myself at the end liking it. It blew my mind. If you have a gal, and she hasn't seen it, or vice versa, make them watch it.
No other news as of now. Other than I'm a sophomore in college!
So I'm finally done with finals. After a hard week of filling my head with complete nonsense to pass my finals and keep my scholarship. It has finally come to an end! Oh the relief. I'm quite positive that I have around a 3.16, so I'm pretty excited.
Anyway, the book I mentioned..."Adam" by Ted Dekker. When I say this, I am in no way exaggerating...This is by far the best book I have read...bar-none. And I've read my fair share of books, I assure you. This book kept me on edge all the time, and no other book has done that. Dekker is definitely the Stephen King of Christian books. For any of those who want to have a good suspense book, this is definitely a must have. It's a good story about the struggle of demons and believers in this world.

I couldn't stay away. Most like everyone else who claims they'll leave the website, I have come back. Bring on the bashing.
Other news...
I'm having 6 finals in 3 days. That isn't fun at all. Hopefully, I'll get a 3.25 to get into med-school. We'll see though!
