    It's Been A While...

There's not really alot to say that's happened over the last month or so. School began and lots of work as usual, and I just wanted people to know I'm still around and really considering what to do in the future soon, probably a course involving computers or game development but I can't say yet its too early to say.

Some guy at my school claimed to had made a game all by himself but it actually turned out just to be Half-Life 2 with scripts used in the Hammer editor. I can't believe people actually thought he made the game himself! I was there like "But it's just Half-Life 2 modified for your zombie themed game" and as an intro he just used some Half-Life 2 trailer to make an intro. That's not making a game at all, though I've got to admit he did make a pretty good Half-Life 2 map.

What else? Oh yeah, that weird Ninja guy at school got in trouble for looking at naked male werewolves on some animal transformation site and has a fetish over midgets, and watches Nostalgia Critic and those Awesome Video Game movies non-stop. He is REALLY weird and I think he's going to go to a mental institution when he's older! If I get into game creation I'll make sure he'll be in one of the games or something to show you how f**ked up he was!

As for my gaming, I don't know what it is, but its like I've lost a little bit in interest in playing them. The last game I played was Call Of Duty 2 and that was because I never finished the single player. With my wireless Xbox controller adapter, I play Frets On Fire alot and slowly getting better at it, but I'm not really sure what's stopped my interest. I haven't touched my consoles in like months and the PC is all I use now. Hopefully this is only a temporary thing but I just realised that now I'm not sure what to do with my money I saved up or even what I want to get for Christmas. I'll guess I'll go to a Halloween party again this year too.

At the moment I'm kind of in a dead-still position and I'm hoping things will change. Still got to make some Walkthrough YouTube Commentary videos at some point and my bro needs to get his new Alpha-Zero album released, and hopefully at some point play the song that I wrote for him. I've also been thinking of like making relationships in the future, like new friends or girls or something but I guess there's alot to think about. Overall, I'm still around but most of the time silently looking around on new horizons and getting a proper job at some point.

    Just got an Ipod!

I finally decided to buy an Ipod after playing with my dad's one for just a day and I'm impressed with it. I got the 160GB Ipod Classic one so I could store loads of videos on it as I have a few hundred music files but I'm more of a movie watcher I guess. Nevertheless, I'm impressed by the sound and although I had to buy a protection case for the Ipod straight away (since it scratches so easiy) I still love it.

People are going to me why didn't you buy a Nano but I wanted loads of space so I went for that one. I'm guessing all of you had your Ipods long ago but I'm glad I got one now since I can work at school better and if there's nothing to do I can just listen to music and wait for the day to end! Oh, I went for Black because Black is awesome and I got the Ipod the same day Apple discontinued the 80gb and 160gb one so phew! Please tell me about yours and comment about Ipods!

ROFL at all the Spore "Amazon" reviews

    Link to Amazon reviews

So I've been playing Spore for a good time, and up to this point I've gotten to the 4th stage which is the civilization stage and although the game did not live up to its mega hype for me, it is still fun and worth buying in my opinion. So I've been looking at the reviews and was shocked at how many people gave the game 1 star on Amazon.com! Last time I checked in the morning it was around 200 1 star ratings of 250, now as of this time of post it has skyrocketed to 750 1 star ratings in a matter of hours!

So basically, all those 1 star reviews are all about the DRM SecuROM issue and not the game itself. Well, that's kind of pathetic because it actually makes the game look a hell of a lot worse than it actually is! Now, if I am hearing this correctly you can only use the game 3 times right? But supposedly that would last a while for most people and I'd admit having a laptop and a computer does use them up quickly but I'm sure EA will drop this issue or raise the number up because I'd admit and see why it would piss people off but its not fair to give the game an instant 1 star review if you've never played it first.

Once its installed anyway you don't need the CD which is a great thing but seriously, these reviews are ridiculous and it took me ages to read all of the 1 star ones that's how many there were! It was like 90% 1 star and 10% the rest! Ridiculous! Oh, and now I've checked amazon.co.uk and another person gave it 1 star its not funny anymore!

The game is at worst a 3 out of 5 and I'd give it 4 stars out of 5 to be honest!
