Teen-bred, Work Environment

"Working 9 till 5, what a way to make a living"

That's right guys, my work experiance began Monday morning sharp. An well, it's going pretty smoothly. I'm really enjoying it so far. Although that musical quote may be a little out, as I don't get paid.

Although i'm doing it for free, it's a pleasure to do. It's a bit hit, an make's you realise your growing up. This is the environment you will be in, in a few short years. It's a huge sense of independence, shows things arent always going to be layed out for you. Despite it feeling daunting, it's a relief.

I'm working in a IT buisness with maintains, purchases, sells, advises the out side world with there computer needs. These guys really know what there doing too. Just today they got a shipment of 10 GeForce 8800GTX's - needless to say, I was like a school girl, at the prom. I'm only two days in and I have already secured my GCSE that I was aiming to get out of this. But it has come at a price, i'm physically exhausted already. It's a long day when your bodies built around the school bell. I'll pull through though.

I've been looking into working with IT for sometime now, I developed the taste around the time I registered here at GameSpot. A certain somebody inspired me, I won't name any name's though. But i'm sure he knows who he is.

I've learnt a lot, built a shed-load of computers, done what I enjoyed.

Roll on 7am tomorrow!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In other news, i'm trying to upload all these pictures from holiday. There tons, i'll try and upload some for you guys.

I have bad news, but I don't want to dampen this blogs high, so i'll inform you guys about it tomorrow. But really, it sucks.

I'm getting pretty close to that ever growing pot that secures my PS3 funds, i'm at about £200 now, just waiting for a few things to sell on eBay, plus i'm working extra this weekend so I should easily secure enough funds. I'd give it another two weeks before I have all the money sitting in my account. I get giddy just thinking about it.

That's about it, hope you all enjoyed the read.

So this is where we part roads huh?

I sit here typing this while waiting for our ride to the airport. So I will have to make this a short one as at any moment I could be dragged away from the keyboard. Even without having my morning toast, an that would suck, so here we go.

I went back to my cousin's last night to say 'so-long' to some family, an managed to snag a few more games. So as of this moment I have these following games to keep my occupaid:

Trauma Centre
Theme Park
The World Ends With You
Mario & Luigi: Partners In Time
Hotel Dusk: Room 215
Pokemon Diamond

An with these gem's think I can slay the dragon of boredom.

Another thing I found out also, the brochure stated we have internet access in the estate were staying at. So if worst comes to worst, I might sign in and drop you guys a line or something.

Right, I hear someone pulling up outside my drive, I guess I should stop wrapping this up. I have my DS & iPod so hopefully I should survive, if not, remember me for my integrity!

(ANDY GET A MOVE ON! WERE GONNA BE LATE!)

Good connections, bad patience.

Ello fellow gamers. As you know i'm off on a adventure this weekend (Vacation) for two long weeks (Egypt). I had my injections the other day, which allows me to drink there water without becoming ill. So I am all set, hell I even got warned not to ride a camel there, as I might get robbed. So with my lack of camel riding, what else shall I do? Sunbathe?

Nah, I think it's time to blow the cobwebs off that old piece of delight that was my Nintendo DS. So in spite of all this plan, I borrowed a few titles for it (my cousin has the biggest DS collection I have ever seen), so while im away I will have these titles keeping me busy: Final Fantasy: Wings, Pokemon Diamond, Trauma Center, Professor... Village and that one I have been mentioned before The World End's With You.

Actually come to think of it, I could give you my impressions of that last one now. Yeah I couldnt wait till the weekend. I already started it.

I'm currently on Day 4 of 7. So i'm pretty far into it. I know I shouldn't have started it yet, but damn, the cover art looked so inviting. It's pretty fun to say the least. It's the reason I have been waiting for, yanno to blow away these cobwebs that have engulfed the system. I have been playing it pretty much all afternoon, an I have got a good chunk done. I'm having my doubts though, at this rate it wont last me long. But it's one of those games I just don't want to see end. It's a great journey none the less, very creative too.

I'm going Saturday morning, so maybe i'll have chance to hit you guys up with one more blog after this one before I go. But please guys, recommend me some DS game's that I can play while i'm gone. I haven't been paying attention to the whole DS scene as of late. I realised this when I seen his collection an thought 'what are all these games?'. But i'm pretty sure whatever you guys recommend he has.

So are there any more games I should borrow? The more the better.
