Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy and Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward are the best suggestions already given, in my opinion.

There are quite a few 2011 3DS games that I have not gotten yet (Cave Story for example), as well as a few from 2012. First I'll give you guys what games I already DO have so it won't confuse you (all physical games, no downloadables). In alphabetical order, of course.

Ocarina of Time 3D or Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. Or just wait a few weeks for Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

By all accounts the new Fire Emblem is a fantastic game. That reminds me, I still need to buy it myself.
RE Revelations and Super SFIV are definate shoe-ins. While I'll probably never own a 3DS (I'm done with propietary devices), I've played those two and liked them quite a bit.
Given that you already own those, I'm stumped. I would suggest some eShop games, but I don't know what Nintendo currently offers.
Probably anything with Mario in the title. I don't own a 3DS, but I do feel qualified to make an educated guess.

Seriously looking forward to that though. It's been too long since the last Mario RPG (Sticker Star hardly counts).
