Call of Duty: World at War

Ok, so I decided that I was gonna give this one blog.

I got Call of Duty: World at War today, and so far, I'm like 3/4 of the way through it. This is my first World War II game. All my other shooters are modern, futuristic or set at any time after the second world war.

As I'm playing it, I'm thinking it's a good game. Good graphics. Good sound. Good gameplay. But at the same time... I'm feeling guilty. I don't know if it's... Right to market something based on a real event as a game and enjoy it. I know it sounds like something an old person would say... But I'm serious. I'm just feeling a bit of guilt playing it. Like I shouldn't be enjoying it.

Just wondering if any of you understand what I mean. Leave your comments if you want

    Good News!

Well today I went to GameStation and showed them my PSP. They claimed they hadn't seen that sort of thing before, but suggested that I may have sat on it or something. It's the sort of thing I would do . That's how my glasses broke at least. Anywayzzz, they let me get an accidental damage warranty despite the fact I had already broken it for £20. They replaced the console, the battery and the charger all for that one off payment. It was a lot cheaper than buying an entire new kit, which could have cost me around £130. That warranty allows me to do absolutely anything to my PSP and it will be replaced for free. As long as most of it comes back to them. In one piece or not.

As well as that, when I got home, I resumed the game of Patapon which I originally was forced to abandon due to the fact I couldn't see anything on the screen. After a few minutes, I had completed my game save. I won't say anything to spoil the ending... But man... The game was great, but the ending was a bit... Crappy

    Updates

As you can guess, I've not been on as much recently. School is taking its toll and I just haven't had the time... So unfortunately, no reviews.

On an even worse note, my PSP broke just a few minutes ago. The screen cracked from the inside and now none of the colours are displaying properly. I'll try to convince GameStation that it was a hardware failure and not accidental damage. Hopefully, they'll replace it for free.

I'll still be on GameSpot, but I won't be blogging as frequently.
