Results!

Well I got my results back and I'm chuffed with them. I did better than I thought so it's all good. Roll on third year

I've changed my avatar and sig, and I plan to change the blog image and header when I can.
I'm really into reading Marvel at the moment. I'm enjoying the Ultimate Universe comics and Secret Invasion. Is anyone else into comics?
I think I have Marvel fever, especially after seeing Iron Man and Hulk films.

Not been playing many games at the moment ( ) but I've got lots to finish so I'll get back onto that. I could really do with a HDtv! I'm also going back on WoW soonish.

Anyways, good luck to anyone waiting for exam results

Make mine Marvel!

Roll on the summer!

Hey,

I've finished all my exams so bye to 2nd year of Uni, and I'm going to enjoy the summer by doing nothing but playing games! I should get a job, but I'll see how I can manage. I've been neglecting GS because of revision and the like but I have no excuse now

I'm back on WoW, playing with RatherDashing and we're level 48. We always end up stopping but this time we're determined to hit lv70! Hopefully it'll happen

Hope everyone's enjoying the sun and holidays if they've finished for the year!

I got tagged... here it goes.

Rath3rDashing tagged me. Here's my 5

1. I played Animal crossing religiously for about a year. I used to play for an hour a day. I even cryed when Cube (my favourite resident) left. I refused to play it anymore after that.

2. I have an absolute fear of slugs and snails. Just because I typed that I'm going crazy here haha. They are disgusting things. I stood on one by accident when I was little and have been freaked out by them ever since.

3. I used to have a crush on a Teenage Mutant Hero Turtle when I was little. I think it was Michelangelo. How wrong is that.

4. I absolutely love horses and have done since a very young age. My great Auntie owns a farm which she lends out to a horse santuary to keep their horses in, so I was round there alot when I was little. I love horse riding. I've loaned a few horses in my time but had to give it all up when I went to college

5. Last, but not least... I have never ever had a detention in my school life. Rath3rDashing thinks this is so weird so I thought I'd share it!

Hmmmm, I tag zoe256, Swannzie, jay_888, mechaman64 and SyrupJunkie

My Easter blog.
It's been a while since I've blogged oops.

I'm in week 2 at the moment, of 3 weeks off at Uni. I don't want to go back because I have exams pretty soon I also have a games programming assignment due in and I just can't be bothered finishing it off. I'm enjoying not doing anything far too much. The good thing about having time off is that it gives me plently more time for playing games.

Currently I'm in the middle of a few games. I've still not finished my co-op game of Gears yet. I'm making my boyfriend, James, play it with me. I'm so scared the of the Locusts and Wretches I only like playing it in the daytime haha. I know it's been out for ages but I watched my bf play this game with his mates like twice so I needed a breather before playing it myself. I've also been playing alot of Eternal Sonata and I'm about to fight the boss at the end of the game but decided to go do this HUGE sidequest that is pretty hard. Not sure whether that was a good idea or not. I don't want to spoil this game for anyone so I won't go into details. But yea, Eternal Sonata is a great game for people that like JRPGs. I really like the story and the battles. Bit of a change from Gears lol. I can't believe I've not even started playing Mass Effect and I bought it ages ago. I was stoked about it when I first heard about it because I loved KOTOR but I kinda wasn't bothered when I bought it. I'm sure I'll get around to it. I've also got a copy of Blue Dragon there that is untouched. I finished Lost: Via Domus and got the 1000 points. It was so bad lol. I just wanted to get the story and thought might as well get all the points! I have to say that the black smoke is scary though. I also keep jumping into Viva Pinata. I love it. Roario's are the best I'm 2 achievements off the 1000 points.

Another game I've been playing alot lately is Super Smash Brothers Brawl. James bought it and me and him have been playing it so so much. We spent countless hours getting all the characters by finishing the co-op on Subspace Emissary. Then spent ages getting all the stages. And because of his love for MGS we even played every character against Snake in the Shadow Moses level so he could listen to all the codec calls about each character. That is dedication haha. We've had a go at the co-op events but are stuck on the Yoshi one (if anyone's played it). I was so proud the other day where we had a 4 player game and I was playing as Peach and I pwned everyone. I even beat Pab which no one can ever do. It felt good haha.

Hope everyone had a nice Easter break. I was dragged down to Chippenham down south to visit family for the weekend which was nice. The only thing was the bed I had to sleep in was so hard and my backs hurting now lol. I hate uncomfy beds! Who doesn't though.

Thanks to James for making my new profile Banner and Blog image!

Anyways, bye!

My first blog of the year
Well I'm back to using Gamespot. I never really started 'using' it like I said I would a year or so ago but here I am, saying I'm going to start using it again haha. I'm in university now, but my lecture has been cancelled and I'm waiting around for my next lesson, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to blog.

So I've always had a DS and I bought a Wii last Christmas (which doesn't get played much) but recently for my birthday I got an XBOX 360 Elite. I've kinda wanted a 360 for ages but never really had the money. So birthday/Christmas was a great time to try and get one! I'm really enjoying it at the moment. I can borrow all my boyfriend's games and my friends, so I've not had to blow what very little money I have on games which has been lucky. I've been playing Eternal Sonata alot lately, which is great. I really recommend it. It has a lovely story. Battles are good too and the music is really nice. I don't want it to end! I bought Mass Effect for 20 quid in Gamestation which was a bargain and a half, so that's next to be played on my list lol. And, of course, I've been playing GH3.

I haven't bought any new DS games for a while but I've been having little pangs to play Animal Crossing again. But I really shouldn't get back into it because I'll get too emotionally attached again! I'll have to buy some new DS games, but there just isn't anything I really fancy that's out at the moment.

Me and my boyfriend bought Mario Galaxy together for our Christmas present and we've had soooo much fun playing it. We finally get to play our Wii's again! He's hogged being Mario and I help him out with my controller, but you know, it's surprisingly fun. I really do think it's the best Wii game out at the moment. I kinda want to play Mario Party but I just don't want to spend the money on it.

I hope everyone had nice Christmas's and New Years! I went home for 3 weeks and it was nice to be there again. My dad's just bought a 42" HD so I was happy with playing my elite at home =P I need to buy myself a HD but that's just not gonna happen till at least my 21st, and that's if I recieve any money for my birthday! And anyways, my birthday is on October so it's agessss off. I'm so impatient lol. I might start putting the lottery on.

Oooo and go see I Am Legend. It's awesome!

Anyways, nice to be on Gamespot, and I shall see you on the UK forums!

The Burning Crusade.
Well, I bought The Burning Crusade and after spamming it for a week or two, I got stuck after my boyfriend decided to cut back and our little gaming group fell apart. I always play as Horde, but always liked the romantic look of the Night Elves, so I immediately loved the blood elves. I clearly made a Paladin to try out the holy class as a member of the Horde.
So yea, buy The Burning Crusade. I'm hoping I might just get to see Outlands, but I get bored quickly and decide to make a million characters... so that might not happen for a while. Have fun.
