  Passion...

  I'm sick...

  It has been several days since I have been able to take a deep breath without coughing or sneezing right afterward. Being sick really sucks. It has given me a lot of time to think, however. And there is really only one thing that has been on my mind primarily: creation. Ever since I started getting serious about getting better at graphic arts, all it takes is allowing my mind to wander just the smallest bit and it will start thinking about what I can design next. Photoshop.......Illustrator...........UltraFractal.........Dreamweaver.........these have become as much a part of me as my own beating heart.

  My only wish? More time. I hardly get to work on designing between work, being a good husband, church and friends and family. Every chance I get, however I break out Nemesis and my Intuos3 and get to work. I feel....................really good when I design. There are so many aspects of why it feels so good.......I dare not try to explain them all. I probably don't even know the full extent of them myself. There is one in particular I cannot pass up....

  So there I am........sitting at Starbucks during lunch desiging like I do just about everyday. I sit there, much like all of you, and effectively manipulate 1s and 0s on my screen and somehow output a Jpeg that looks like this. Its actually quite amazing when you think about it. I am a Christian. Have been for going on 8 years now. And since beginning to design things it has let me appreciate the world around me in a way I have never been able to before. God's Creation is the most magnificent work of art that has ever been conceived. It is sometimes hard to regonize, however, the Truth that God painted on the canvas of the Night.

  93 million miles from the blistering surface of the sun...

  "...hangs the planet earth. A rotating sphere perfectly suspended in the center of the universe. The ultimate creation from an infinite mind. An unbelievably intricate complex design. A supernatural testimony, an irrefutable sign that there is a God. The size, position and angle of the earth is a scientific phenomenon to see. A few degrees closer to the sun we'd disintegrate, a few degrees further we'd freeze. The axis of the earth is titled at a perfect 23 degree angle and it's no mistake that it is. This allows equal global distribution to the rays of the sun making it possible for the food chain to exist. Or take for example the combination of nitrogen and oxygen in the atmosphere we breathe every day. It just happens to be the exact mix that life needs to prosper; it doesn't happen on any other planet that way. You see, the Bible says the invisible things of God are seen through His creation, to believe this is not hard. If there's a design, there's a designer, if there's a plan, there's a planner and if there's a miracle, there is a God."
  
  Welcome back all my loyal minions. Tomorrow morning I leave at 8:35am from Ontario International Airport heading to Boston to visit my brother. He has Fios and WiFi so I will be on here and there, but this may be my last blog for a couple weeks. I hope to see DV overthere at some point. We will prolly end up going to a local Gamestop and being useless for a couple hours. We should have a blast there!! We are going to NYC to see the Nintendo Store, Going to Salem to see where the Witch Trials happened, and even going on a haunted ship!! Other than that, there is not much new. I will be on MSN pretty often if any of you should need me. Now on to the girly pics!! I will put one extra, seeing as how I am going to be gone for a while.
