  Super Mario goes back to the side scroller and it works well for them,It really makes the game a lot of fun and still interesting at the same time.Wii is a console that has hit the top markets with sells but there are very few good games on Wii such as New Super Mario Bros but atleast when you have that game you will know what the word "fun" is all about.It is an adventure on its own as Mario Bros are yet again brought back to life on Wii.New Super Mario Bros wins the Award for the best Wii Game of the Year 2009 because of its excellence in Gameplay and side scroller fun.With a side scroller you cannot go wrong.

  An RPG at its finest with all the great elements to it as you would expect and superb combat system.The storyline is very well put together and the voice acting is superb and it really brings the characters to life.The Quests are only one of the highlights of the game but the questing system is done to the best with all kinds of crazy twists and surprises added into the mix.The Combat system is at its finest with all kinds of spells and abilities that you will be able to learn and cast throughout your playthrough and the game has a huge amount of Replay value because of its innovative take on Gameplay.
  
  
  For Part 3 there are huge categories planned and The Winners will be announced to Best Story,Best Atmosphere,Best Voice,New Character with a couple of others.

  This is the first part of the overall 4 part Award show.Everbody can give me their thoughts and criticize who I have chosen to win in each category...Lets Begin!

  When Uncharted 2:Among Thieves burst on to the scene we all saw how good it looked and how good it felt to be playing it,whether you like the game or not,there is no denying that Naughty Dog did a good job with putting together a spectacular game and that they were 100 % committed to their Product,very few flaws can be found in the animations and the cut scenes are top notch.Few Videogame companies put so much effort into their games as Naughty Dog.

  Street Fighteris brought back once again thanks to Capcom.This was a close one between the resurrection of Tekken 6 and Street Fighter IV but Street Fighter IV is just the main fighting game of the year.Many might say that Tekken 6 looked better and was better but I say that Street Fighter IV has great graphics,an artistic look and a roster like no other,The combos,techniques and moves in this game are crazy and due to those reasons,this game takes home the Award for the Best Fighting Game of the Year 2009.

  We all remember the days when Need for Speed and Gran Turismo ruled the world in Driving Games,But not anymore as there is another Tiger who wants to get his chunk of the meat.Forza Motorsport 3 is called the best Driving game of the Decade and it is hard to argue against that.The stunning visuals,Incredible car models and fast paced driving is mixed together perfectly like no other game in the world has been able to do yet.This Car game is not only the best Driving game of the year,it just might be the best car game ever made.

  This year in sports gaming was pretty solid compared to 2008 with many contenders to be the Sports Game of the Year,But one stood out in my eyes the most and that was UFC Undisputed 2009.This game is far from being perfect but this is the first real videogame about MMA and THQ has done a great job with the first impression of whats to come,You might argue that Fifa and Madden are overall better games which they might be but they area yearly game like Undisputed will beand we expect improvements but this is the first MMA game to really become a success and did that by showing the gaming world what MMA really is about.All of the moves and transitions are as smooth as butter and the create-a-fighter and c-lassic fights mode gives the game a huge lifespan.The career mode is not a great edition to the game but you will want to play through it more than once to see if you can make it into the Hall of Fame.The Gameplay is the main feature you will be hooked on.After about 7 months from the release the game is still doing great in sales and is showing to be a great series of games to come.

  Rockstar did it again with the all time famous Grand Theft Auto series.Rockstar brought back to us the old school feel to the game that we all know and love,the view from on top.GTA:Chinatown Wars brings us the joy and fun we had with GTA 1 and 2 back in the day on the PC,Now it is on Nintendo DS and is breaking records as we speak.Rockstars GTA:Chinatown Wars is the highest rated game on Nintendo DS so far and is doing phenomenally well in sales.There was not much fuzz about this game before it hit the shelves and then it was selling like hot buns.Grand Theft Auto:Chinatown Wars is the best game on the Nintendo DS so far and hopefully a sequel is at hand already.With great graphics and ever so fun Gameplay this game wins the Award for Nintendo DS Game of the Year!

  If it broke records on the Nintendo DS,who says the same game cannot do the same for the PSP.Grand Theft Auto:Chinatown Wars holds it down as the best handheld game of the year if not the Best of the decade.There are not that many other games this year that can even come close to the excitement and fun Rockstar brings to the table with GTA:Chinatown Wars.With another great story and fantastic gameplay this game reigns supreme over the other great games on the PSP this year.

  This is a blog I just wanted to make to wish Happy New Year to you all cuz I know some great people here on gamespot and what yall deserve is a great Beginning to what looks to be another Great Year!
  
  Soon Enough the clock will strike midnight and I will be out shooting rockets,drinking champagne with my girl and all that good stuff.I hope you all can enjoy this wonderful day with the ones you love.
