Kind of a slow month this year... but November is shaping up to be pretty epic.

Fallout 3: Game Of The Year Edition - You guys know how buggy the original game was, right? Well, the dudes at Bethesda somehow made this "improved" version even worse, which is quite something. I mean, you'd have to have to try pretty hard to make a game more buggy than Fallout 3. In addition to the frequent crashes, the game now suffers from serious lags as well as the inability to load your game half of the time. After getting the short end of the stick and DLCs 9 months later than the other versions, this is what we get. To make things even worse, some PS3 versions aren't compatible with the original game saves. I couldn't load my 400+ hours file and had to start over. Yayz.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves - One of the best games I've played this year, improved and way more polished than its predecessor. Drake is still a giant douche, but that's kind of what makes him great.
The multiplayer is F-U-N! It plays just like the campaign, meaning it's not just your average shooter multiplayer. There's also some platforming and melee combat elements in it, which you can use to your advantage.By the way, anyone go trick-or-treating yesterday? I did and got lots of candies.

One thing I really love about fall (For those that don't know, I hate fall!
), it's the amount of games that come out. It's cold, everything's dying, everything's wet, but who cares about that crap when there are games to play?

Muramasa: The Demon Blade - Easily the best-looking 2D game I have ever played. Beautiful visuals. This game is gorgeous. Graphics are breataki... Okay, I think you get the point. The controls are simple and the combat is a blast, although could use some diversity. Very repetitive game, but...... damn, it looks awesome!
Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story - The bros are back and on another adventure in... Bowser's innards?
Seriously, how'd they come up with this stuff?
If you've played the other 2 games, the game uses pretty much the same formula. Fun turn-based battles and hilarious dialogues. I love this game.Scribblenauts - One of the most innovative games of all time. Your goal is to collect the starite at the end of every level, but instead of relying on your jumping or running ability to overcome obstacles, in Scribblenauts, you use your creativity and imagination. You can summon almost anything you want, all you need to do is write it down. Underwears, babies, rocket launchers, unicorns and God are all things that you can summon, and that's not all: there are over 22,802 summonable objects in total! No penises, though.
Lame.Halo 3: ODST - 'New campaign, new hero' pretty much sums it up. You relive the events of Halo 2 through the eyes of an ODST and his teammates. Stealth is the name of the game. You're no longer a superhuman Spartan, meaning, you'll want to avoid charging through everything with guns blazing, Rambo-StyIe Unfortunately, the campaign is short and the only new content in this expansion. Don't be fooled by the box art, the multiplayer is NOT new.
Shin Megami Tensei: Persona - Not nearly as great as the third and fourth iteration of the series, but it's nice to see how the epic franchise got its start. The battle system is very primitive and the fights can be really slow. One interesting feature is the ability to talk with your enemies for a variety of effects. Do it right, and they will reward you, but should you fail, it will backfire. Recommended to hardcore SMT fans only.
Ninja Gaiden Σ 2 - Garrrgh, I suck at this game!
It's not the controls, it's not the AI, it's not the camera... I'm just getting my butt kicked, for some reason. Supposedly, it's easier than NG Sigma, but I beat that on Normal with little to no difficulty. What gives? The co-op is insanely fun! The frustration all goes away who someone dies alongside you.
There's nothing like watching your partner being a showoff, miss a move in his perfect, badass combo, then get his ass handed to him.
That's it for this month. A little sidenote: Tales of Vesperia for PS3 just came out in Japan and I wanna play it so bad.
Namco Bandai doesn't look like they want to bring it over here. WTF is up with that? Do they seriously hate money? Stop being a little ***** and port it already!

Anyone notice how nothing interesting ever comes out during the summer, but as soon as school starts, a ****load of games suddenly get released? What the hell, brah...
Why must publishers always wait until we're too busy to release their games? It doesn't even make sense from a marketing perspective.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Metroid Prime Trilogy - It's a compilation of one of the best games ever and its two sequels. The new motion controls for MP1 and MP2 are well implemented. The Gamecube games still hold up pretty well today, I love it.

Batman: Akham Asylum - I tried the demo the other day and it blew my socks off!
Stalking and performing crazy combos on mentally unstable people is pretty fun, but even cooler is pwning them with the Bat-gadgets in your arsenal. Many of The Animated Series' voice actors are back in Arkham Asylum. So if you love TAS, you're in for a treat.Dissidia: Final Fantasy - The battles are flashy and very fun. My only beef with it: Many songs were "remixed", to the point of being almost unrecognizable. I honestly fail to see what part of ruining cIassic masterpieces with J-Pop crap counts as an hommage. Someone needs to grab that noob composer by the shirt and pimp-slap him a bunch of times!!!!

So, in a nutshell: Terrific gameplay, terrible soundtrack.Did anyone try I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MB1ES!!!1? I played it at a friend's and it was awesome.
