So, last week, or maybe it was two weeks ago, GS launched a new feature that is intended to put user blogs back in the spot light called Chalk Talk.
Has anybody figued out how to get to this feature? I can't see a link, icon or anything that guides me to it, and I know it was up. Is it gone, or am I just missing something?

I didn't even know about Chalk talk until another user I follow mentioned it. I have tried to look for it, but to no avail. I suspect that I won't be interested in it if I have to search for it.
If you google Chalk Talk GameSpot it'll come up, we're currently waiting on a home for it in Culture but it first needs a strong enough of a following. You should also be able to access a link to it via the Community News.
@Synthia ~ as I've mentioned before, a dedicated, promoted link would be the best means to ensure exposure and encourage participation - how hard can it be to assign a home for ChalkTalk on the Features page, or at least a link to the latest edition?

I know GS is trying, trying to get things right, but is it just me or how will it get a strong following if you have to Google it, or scroll through old Community News to find it? Where ever it lives, it should be easy to find (front page) and be accessible from multiple areas. I mean, Soap box was moved to a back page and from what I can tell it gets very little attention now.
Where's Culture? I loved that button/tab when it was around, but I don't even see it anymore. I didn't always comment but it was nice to read stuff there as opposed to the usual stuff we get.

It disappears whenever an icon linked to a tradeshow or exhibition is incorporated into the interface - in this case Gamescom - give it a while and it will return (only to disappear again with the next linked event :|).
