I really need to learn to check my email more often. I logged in yesterday and there were about a dozen messages in about a month timeframe. Not bad at all right? It is when there's a Metal Gear Solid IV online beta key and I know I had a PS3 Home beta invitation before then as well. Ugh!

Well, posting wise I haven't been the most active. Basically a log on briefly, check a couple things and log back off. This being at more than just Gamespot. Whom this concerns, you all know where, when, what about, etc.

I'm not one for being open to the public but, here goes...

I've been busy with family errands again. My sister had ovarian surgery so over a week was spent checking in seeing her, whatnot. My brother's baby is due the end of this month and a baby shower is taking place early next month. So I've been visiting them while buying some things for that day. He lives about an hour and a half away, so that's quite a drive one way.

I haven't been feeling the most chipper lately. Depressed if you will. Well, not "lately" but that's a bit more personal than I'd like to admit right now or at all on a gaming blog. Needless to say, everything I do has been mediocre. Posting, activity, designing, happiness, whatever. Just... a matter of not caring? I dunno. Hard to put into words. Caring but not. Anyway...

One thing I managed to do was play through Rainbow Six Vegas 2 a few times. Way too short. I think I have all the enemies memorized. I'm glad it was just a rental. Anyway, I rented it thinking it would take my mind off things. It slightly worked but feels like a waste of time.

I suppose that'll do. I don't even know if anyone was wondering where I was but if you were, there you go. If not, well... useless reading. Great attitude eh?

Anyway, I had a PSD 02 pack a long time ago but it was removed. (Darn DA) anyway, I have a new one. Some sigs you guys may not care to see, some you might. One is a duplicate, (the one that made the pack removed last time I think) so we'll see how it goes. The first pack is still in my scraps too if you want to download that.

I can't believe how many people still download the first one!

Someday my gaming covers will be released. Someday... lol

PSD 01 || PSD 02

On the Capcom site, there's a countdown. For what? No idea. A little ways down, there's an article link about this. Some are hoping for Megaman, or Street Fighter. I tried doing a little snooping and looked at the flash swf file itself to see if there were any links and just not activated for us to click on, anything. I didn't find much but the only thing I found was a text field saying...

"Lost and alone in ice-covered wastelands, battle renegade Snow Pirates, pilot armored bi-pedal vehicles and destroy massive hostile aliens in this"

Now this could be filler for the previous Lost Planet game. I searched with that phrase to see if it was indeed used before. Nothing. but... we'll see on the 17th.

I reset everything I could, I searched everywhere with every keyword I can think of, I now have CS2 and CS3 installed. I still get this...

I don't know why. I thought it was CS3 but now reinstalling CS2, it is doing it as well. I have no idea.

EDIT: well, the restore didn't work at all.

EDIT x 2: oh black colour how i missed the. (yea yea, i know but it's such a HUGE relief.)



beautiful isn't it? *happy sigh* lol. saving and in photoshop itself is the same (no colour differences between the save for web preview and the document screen) and there's no green! yay! why there's a question mark in the title (fixed?) is because the only remaining issue i'm having is when opening an image, it loses a bit of colour. kinda greys out. it's weird but it's not too big. something i can live with.

what the heck was done to fix it? i have absolutely no idea! i did the same things as before. i think it's my cs3 version. the photoshop.exe file or something. (since all of the cs3 programs didn't do it.) so i'm back to cs2 and happy as ever. now i only have cs2 and everything from cs3 is removed.

Well, as I posted about a little while ago, i was going to change my profile images since Gamespot upped the size for avatars. Then of course I accidentally deleted them so now I'm obligated to come up with something new. no banner yet though! -- However I do have a new avatar. What do you guys 'n' gals think? I it. (for now. lol) I'm not crazy about the text so I might mess with it a little bit more or leave it out completely.
