Are we ready for the next gen? (Memoir of a console gamer)
Over the past 5 years I've built up what I would say is an impressive collection of games. With all this hoopla over the next gen consoles, I can honestly say that I am sad to see this gen go. I paid a hefty $600 dollars to get my ps3, and a substantial amount for games, accessories and add ons. Lets just say I'm not ready to shell out that kind of money, for a console that offers little innovation from the last ones. And what about the dlc I have bought, the trophies I've earned, and even the games that i might not be able to play on my new system because backwards compatibility might not exist anymore. Whether we want it to or not, it's coming. So farewell to this gen, and cheers to thr future of gaming.
