"I Like the way people think-- they don't." ~Stone

Alright, video game EXCITE versus INCITE

I'll touch off with Tekken recently going multi-platform, breifly if I can with no excuses added. One of THE oldest running franchises from Namco on the Playstation, perhaps Namco needed more money. Just perhaps, although feedback from arcades says T6 is mediocre. Well, whatever the case, it's bad business for Sony who has a console that doesn't break down (stab at RROD), however only has ONE title left on it's platform left for anybody with budget issues to consider buying a console (Metal Gear, and even THAT may change). So regardless if Namco needs to make more money, if there will be "no third party exculsives" anymore as EVERYBODY so justifyingly continues to parade around, then buy one console and STFU and watch one company lose revenues on a long standing product. Thank you. To put it in another contrast, if you have 8 grocery stores in your town, 5 of them generally offer the same prices and quality, yet once you consider all you need is food, what's the difference? Why the remaining 7 stores? Isn't one just good enough? Oh yes, I don't see a lot of hype from PS3 users about "Star Ocean" as a "great port" from Microsoft so don't use that as a gift or somethin.

The xbox has only been around for so long, and doesn't have any long standing titles. It's like China had it's society built for thousands of years, yet here comes America and has an economy (HAD pardon me) much wealthier than theirs with less people. So China ends up having to invest in this newer, but smaller nation, although they've been around much longer! Retrospectively, this whole "everything has to go multi-platform eventually" business is really not as justifiable as people make it seem, especially in this business. Microsoft will NOT make Halo, Gears of War, Project Gotham Racing, Fable, Ninja Gaiden (sigma was to make up for Ninja Gaiden 2 costs, hence they didn't make IT multi platform) or any other game that put IT on the map multi-platform, why? Doesn't need to. They've got enough money. Perhaps the downfall is that Microsoft knew Sony's been around too long and would end up like China-- hey, giants won't last forever I suppose. Here I said I was going to be breif.

Lastly, only thing that absolutely grabbed my attention was RE5's new trailer-- gracious, anybody notice Albert's unnatural abilities? I knew he was shootin' up the T-juice GREAT CHOICE for voice actor for him too!!! Proud of Capcom!! Already love the motion caps for all the characters, it's just gonna be a great game. SURE it'll have game play repetitions like RE4, but really, if Albert is in it and is probably one of the LAST super-antagonists of this generation? Who cares? EPIC!!!!!

    *grumbles* Is it noon yet??!!

Okay seriously, as much as I'd hate to get into politics at a time like this, I will. It's become very apparent McCain, bless his pea-picking soul, is an old man trying to run for president. Tuesday's debate wasn't really a debate if you ask me, more or less a visage of "I did this, I will do this versus this guy who did this and won't do that" though i WILL say McCain took up more of that than Obama. Just go to Yahoo news and read all the post articles about the "debate" and you'll see what I'm talking about. Of COURSE there's no yes or no answer to whether or not Russia is an "evil empire"! What is this, Rage Against the Machine??? And, for the first and only few times during the "debate", I agreed with McCain in terms of the best answer to that.

You answer yes, restart the cold war (and who's to say there isn't one currently going on but in a different fashion? A lot of superpowers/nuclear states STILL haven't signed that Ballistic Missle treaty and there's no Start 3 re-amendment either!), answer no then you'd be percieved as naive towards Russia's activity.

In the case of Obama, it's clear as day he doesn't nearly have the length of TIME in terms of foreign policy as McCain-- DUR. However, it may be to our benefit because a lot of old policies that were adopted in our foreign policies have become archaic as Obama described, and we're dealing with new circumstances that aren't fully being observed. Does that mean he won't have counselors and cabinet members influencing his decision? Noooo, every president does. There's no gaurantee the president has all that power anyway, you don't know what really goes on in Washington-- you just know what they tell you, and what they teach you in school. Anyway, if the "bad guys" wanted to do the "wild thing" to us again, I'm pretty sure at the state of our nation now they would've done so.

This may get under somebody's skin or get me suspended but here goes: Iran doesn't care about sending a missle to America. That's a waste of money. Iran has no reason to "wipe Israel from the face of the earth", because they would take other Arab nations with them Like the Palestinians who are currently being extinguished BY the Israelis AND Syria for instance, another country whom Bushy said was on the "axis of EEEEEVVvvvviiiLllllll"-- yeah. Plus, if Iran used a new-aged ATOM bomb (these people can't afford Hydrogen bombs even if we DIDN'T put more sanctions on them), prior to all this, Russia. China, Venezuela and even Pakistan would object but wouldn't deter I don't think. If Iran DID attack Israel (without a nuke just for the sake of realism), the United States would immediately jump on them without U.N security authority, just as we did in Iraq. Both Obama and McCain made this very clear. That's just what WE WANNA DO ANYWAY!!! So let Iran attack Israel, US attacks Iran, Russia defends Iran cuts oil imports to us, Venezuela does the same, China says we owe them even MORE money and you got WWIII in the mix. Just don't expect the Brazilians to be stationing more American bases...

I am sick and tired of this "we're the gay partner to Israel" bulls*** it's gotta stop. It's like everytime they bring up Israel, they portray them as if they're gods over this country and we devote our very existence to them. Makes you wonder who's really running this machine...

Alright after THAT, the Economy. Ooohhh boy. Obama gave the clearest indication on how he would initiate his policies, but McCain, bless his pea-picking soul, didn't. He would say what he wanted to do, but never emphasized on exactly HOW he was going to do it! And when the portion of that coversation came up, he would turn to the "me versus him" particle which pissed me off cause I was PULLING for McCain to explain something finally! Palin is DESTROYING this "maverick" thing he's trying to portray to the people, but the irony is, HE'S the guy that picked her out of the cabbage patch! So HOW can you lament for anybody like that under those circumstances?

About the economy, it's f***ed up and it's f***ing everybody elses markets up, why? Interest. Fake money ontop of existing money. You invest TRILLIONS of non-existent money into a market, and suddenly that non-existent money starts....NOT EXISTING...you've got problems. So now the feds are saying "oh...it'll take perhaps 1.2 trillion to clear this mess up" or rather, Bernanke says that. Cut the flippin' interest rates another .5 but it won't do any good, because they just SIMPLY CANNOT FIND THE NON EXISTENT MONEY! So you know what, good luck finding a job, good luck with anything in the next 2 years regardless of WHO becomes president. Good luck finding a decent opinion that was formulated by somebody elses ignorance, and they felt pleased with it so you jumped on that band wagon because it "felt right", because we'll be striving for Ga-- pardon me, Sodomist rights and kissing Israel's ass and telling Russia "we got our EYE on you!". I swear...

    You know what?

I had a billion ideas for this blog, but now I'm too tired in my HEAD to write them. You know, just to sit here and go through my thoughts is so exhausting right now

Um, Doom 2 only has one full game mode. I'll drop the rating on it soon. Although I do like the Minigun
