No its not, there's always someone better than you at something else. Its like Jeremy from Pure Pwnage, he says he's the best but... he can push a button faster than someone else. That's not a life skill, its a loser skill. Gamers are of different varieties: casual, hardcore, professional, party, collectors, importers, table tops, the list goes on. To call yourself the best you'd have to be better than everyone else at every "sublevel" of gaming. In short, its impossible to be the best gamer alive. At least, in my opinion it is.
