I don't want be here when the election goes down...

Because, either way, you just know the losing side is going to whine and complain for approximately the next four years and possibly more.

For this election I'm already going to call Obama as the winner and just assume the fringe-christians are going to claim it's the end of the world and the US will deserve hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes as God's punishment for electing an immoral leader. Funny but truly sad.

Hong Kong VS Hawaii + Japan

Man, or I guess I should be addressing God with this problem, I'm having a hard time deciding what path I want to take in life. Right now I'm faced with this impossible decision between going on YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Hong Kong for 6 months or Hawaii for 6 and then to Japan for a few more.

    Hong Kong:

-sounds amazing, love the city atmosphere
    -probably cheaper
    -done in one semester
-the most time spent in a different country (cultural submerssion)
    -huge international experience

    Hawaii + Japan:

-working with friends I love for 3 months
-more time spent doing graphic design and gaining experience
    -longer commitment and higher cost
-Japan has always been my dream but it'll be a lot less time compared to H.K.
-I know more about/love the Japanese culture

I sort of have to make a decision sometime in this next few weeks but I'm just really stressed. I'd appreciate any prayer for wisdom, patience, and peace.

    Saturday Morning Cartoons

So for whatever reason I decided to watch all the cartoons today. Man, it's been awhile! lol

One thing I noticed is that almost every single carton on the CW is based on card battling. Can they think of any other concept? Maybe it's so the companies can just peddle their next money-making card system.

Another thing I noticed is that the animation for Chaotic is flash based or something close to that. Everything's done in vector illustration which I thought was pretty cool. The range of motion is still limited though, sort of like South Park.

What else? Oh, the two shows that weren't card based were from my childhood, just re-invented. Spiderman and TMNT! I actually liked both of them. The main difference I noticed was that they both feel super ADHD in everything, acting, animation, cut-scenes. I wanted to stop and enjoy the show but it just kept going at hyperspeed. It's weird that I'm complaining since I think I have ADD too. lol

Anyways, it was actually fun to relive the saturday morning cartoon experience after 10 years.
