    Damn Xbox update. . .

It got me all excited and I was so ready to hate the new interface...but there was nothing. I finally found out that it was because it was just a preliminary update for The Big Kahuna which will be coming shortly I expect. I'm also getting Battlefield Bad Company on Friday so if anyone wants to play some multiplayer then just add me on LIVE: Mario Minor

Too Human Demo = sad face

I downloaded the Too Human demo earlier on today and was really looking forward to it but was decidedly underwhelmed. I was really looking forward to it but I'm just no longer bothered which kinda sucks. I know that the demos are only representitive's of the game but it was nowhere near enough to convince me to pay £39.99 for it. I know that the download count for it is around 900,000 which is incredible so if anyone else has downloaded it then what do you think of it? Is it actually quite dull or is it just me being a bit of a prat? The style of it reminds me a bit of Mass Effect because of the whole leveling up system and the 3rd person shooting stuff, but Too Human has an analog-stick controlled sword (which swings horribly) and slightly less impressive graphics.

I also got the Bad Company demo which I was fairly impressed me, especially the destructable buildings. It seems to have taken a bit of a step away from the other Battlefield games as it feels more like a console game whereas the other were all very PC-style. I got the Soulcalibre IV demo and I will most likely rent it at sometime in the upcoming weeks. The third (and final) demo I got was the Eternal Sonata (yes I know, I'm REALLY behind) one. It looks great and the combat was really fun, I am fairly sure that there is still a copy or two at the Gamestation near me too.

Civ Rev is still really entertaining, there is nothing more satisfying than waiting for your opponent to get within 3 or 4 turns of building a World Bank (and therefore winning the game) before launching an ICBM missile directly into the city building it and reducing it to a smouldering hole in the ground. Awesome.
