The reason for a 72 hour marathon! Well for starters...The last long weekend of summer!

That was really cool! Don't want to give too much away...but...theres a rescue and a little reunion with a character from Gears 1.
It's a real quick chapter, so expect it to be over quick! You do get hit with every baddy in the game, including a brumack!
It answered a question for me, after Dom took care of Maria, what the frack happened between that chapter and getting into Nexus.
If you are a gears fan, I highly recommend the download! (you get 7 multi-player maps too!!!)

No...not the frackin game!!!
The fracking new kitten that followed the youngest home and has taken up residence in my castle, much to the chagrin of my dog and cat! What is it with young people and baby animals? Yes they are cute, adorable even. But he has upset the precarious balance I call my fracking kingdom!
Dog's upset! Cuddles the cat...crapping every and any where! (her name belies the fact that she'd rip out your eye!)And yet I am bedazzled my this furry little bundle of energy that at any opportunity will tear a quarter pound of flesh off my foot!!!
My wife thinks he has a personality that wont stop...even for the kitty crack bag! (cat nip) Which by the way, Cuddles has adopted as her own private stash of cat euphoria! (She now lives 4:20 in perpetuity!)
Yes I too...am smitten, with this tiny furry ball of hi-jinx. But really, when ones kingdom is filled with women....Lord is a title...at best, ignored!
Fable calls....yup...Tyson is barking and I hear breaking glass.

Wow! What the heck man.
I.....damn I am old.
Lost and flopping around quite madly it seems!
I have never heard of these alien things until a few minutes ago!
I now know how my wife feels about the highly programmable remote for the home entertainment system! Wow and I mean wow. I am noobing out over these things.....cause I want one like a kid wants candy. I was wondering how you all got the really iced up banners and sigs. I know now where to go, but so totally lost and out of my element! lol
The next time my wife collapses in a fit of despair (cause I programmed a new macro to prove what a noob she is.) I am going to remember my first foray into bannerdom and show alot of care and compassion.

I never thought the world of gaming had such a kind, good natured and decent group of folk!
I have been gaming for over two decades. Never was interested in the online experience, listened to too much news and everything that is wrong with online gaming!
Don't get me wrong, I do know of the "dark side" of gaming! I have encountered it first hand!
A brief message to microsoft, the kind, good natured, decent folk....do a better job policing our environment than any of your moderators clanned together!
To those of you that read this...Thanks for making gaming what it is, simply, awesome!

I have recently discovered that clan life on XBOX live, can be draining and even frustrating!
Don't get me wrong, I like being clanned up! However; this coming sunday evenings game night is world at war!
The one friggen game that I have an actual functioning clan.
I don't know if anyone else is in the same predicament, but my clan nights are sundays.
Sucks!

Man am I ever tired of watching friend after friend fall victim to the ring of death! I understand that XBOX has addressed the issue. My buds tho, are still falling. With the economy the way it is...I'm losing my online gamers friends cause the price point is still to high! They are making a killing off of us, come on MS loosen the purse strings and get my gamer friends back into the fight! I dont mind paying for XBOX Live, I dont mind paying the inflated prices for some new releases. I do mind the financial rape of some of the kids who's parents saved all year to get them a 360 console.

I have played a series of lego games now! (older gamers read on.)
I've played them with my grandson in co-op mode. He is 6 years old.
I highly recommend them for us older gamers. My grandson loves them.
Thats right, I have started building a new generation of gamer.
I've replaced the pacifier with an xbox controller.
