  Taking a Vaction

  The Mafia's Grand Opening!

  Members of The Mafia,

  This has been a hard ride we have endured. We first started of with a big bang and quickly climbed in our size. Then once we missed out goal both our goals (the level due to problems with GS), things began to die off.

  Now The Mafia has been cleaned up and redesigned to make your stay here more pleasurable. We have new designs along with a new topics in out board. One I'd like to intrude you to. Besides all of our games and mafia topics that we have had and more have been created we have The Mafia Awards. These awards are given to recruits that really help and benefit the union in great ways of the following topics and now we would like to recognize them for it. The categories are:

  • Most Active:
    This person is constantly on posting and making new topics for the board. They are also giving lots of suggestions to improve. My hat goes off to you because your keeping this union going and making it better for all of us. Thank you.
  • Longest Member:
    This person is somebody that joined relative early when the union begin and has still managed to be decently active to post and see whats going on. This person may not be the most active, or have the big impact on the union, but this person has been with us for a long time through the best of times and the worst of times. Thank you.
  • Best Designer:
    This special award is given to the member who is most gifted in Photoshop, Gimp, or any other program and has used their gift to help out the union to make banners, tags, sigs, and more. This person takes time on their work to makes sure it is most unique to make our union stand out from the rest. Thank you.
  • Best "New" Member:
    This award goes to the member who has joined only a month or two ago and has already impacted the union in a great way by posting and more. Even though they are new to the union, they still dedicate there time to the union and come here to post and enjoy being part of The Mafia. Thank you.
  • Best News Reporter:
    This person will browse the internet, look through magazines, and much more just to bring the littlest information on games, books, and movies that have to do with the mafia. Without you, we wouldn't have the intel we have now. Thank you.
  • Funniest Member:
    This person is a comic. He is always cracking jokes and making people laugh in the union. He/She is a true comedian and brings joy to the union. Everybody just loves to chat with him/her.
  • Meanest Officer:
    This officer is tough as nails, always cracking down and making sure everything is going correctly. With you, this The Mafia could easily be in choas and be spiralling out of control.
  • Best Sig:
    This award goes to the member with the greatest sig. Its always new and colorful in that and everybody enjoys seeing the work of art.

  These awards are given once every couple of months. If you win twice in a row you are offered an officer position to accept or decline but just because you get the position doesn't mean you should stop doing what you do.

  I hope to see all of you drop by The Mafia.
