All About Paranoyia

    End of Paranoyia

I've decided to make my own review haven. I grow tired with the geometrically growing retardation on this site. And frankly I think I've outgrown gamespot. So I guess this is goodbye for Paranoyia as a reviewer on gamespot.

I don't wanna be an mainstream american idiot!

How much deeper and dumber can our society sink? The ability of critical thinking is the sole reason we can enjoy the most technological gizmos today, video games included. So why is it so hard to apply this method to gaming industry as well? Most reviews I read don't give any arguments for the score the author had given. They are in fact most of the time on the extremes of either trolling or fanboyism. "I've given this game 10 coz I liked it and it had shiny graphics, and the characters were all cutsies... look at them rofl, lol, lmao." But most of those so-called "reviewers" cannot seem to analyse a game properly. I'm not saying reviewing has to be 100% objective, god no. Absolute objectivity out of the boundaries of science is a myth, you cannot judge art objectevely, it's not science. But you at least have to give some arguments to why you had given any particular game any particular score. But the trolls or the fanboys, which really is the same thing I mind you, have apparently never concieved a thought of their own. The media propaganda is in fact the driving factor behind those "no-brainers". Why do you like a game? "Oh, I just like it". Wrong, you don't, you only think you do because critics told you to. If you really do like it, explain why you do. "I just like it" doesn't cut it. Next time at least be honest and say: "I like it because gamespot told me to".

In the view of all this the following will be my opening disclaimer for every game I review from now on.

    Opening disclaimer:

I'm sick and tired of your typical mainstream idiot unable to concieve an opinion of his own, or at least counter my arguments with his own. "The (not) finding it helpful system" doesn't work, I bet most people don't even read a review before giving it a binary score. From now on I boycot that system entirely and welcome everyone to thumbs down all of my reviews, even if you thought the arguments I made for giving a game that or this score are perfectly in place.

P.S.: and to all the troll-fanboys out there, SMD. Since gamespot doesn't tollerate profanity, I cannot give the full meaning of that phrase here, however I bet even the troll-fanboys, despite their lack of grey matter can figure out what it means. For the rest I bid you adieu.

Aquaria, immerse in a real perfect underworld.

Not only girls will love this game!

    Chibi Naija

Read all about it in my review:http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/aquaria/player_review.html?id=696448&tag=player-reviews;continue;1

I think I said enough already. Don't miss one second of it. Buy it and squeeze all up to the single last one of its secrets. An action adventure this good hadn't been seen on PC in ages.
