The new headsets are pricey but Microsoft was kind enough to include a free Elite.

I need a scapegoat. Someone other than myself, to blame for this purchase. I'm going with Less Wampas. That guy is a jerk.
Here it is ladies and gentlemen, the cardboard coffin. This one is different from the boxes that I have received in my past dealings with customer support. Unlike the others, this box has an area designated for the 360's power supply. I have had the same power supply since day one. I guess they wanted to have a look at it as well.
Something else that has changed is the package's courier. In the past I've only dealt with UPS. This time around, it's FedEx. I had to drive from my home here in Michigan into Indiana, to find the nearest FedEx/Kinkos.

I neglected to write anything clever to accompany the reference number. Reetesh, I really did like your idea.

GameSpot Billing

Under Prefs/Accounts you can find a link titled Change "Credit Card & Billing Info". However, nothing about providing GameSpot with accurate billing information and then clicking on "Save Changes" , seems to indicate that in doing so you are interring into an agreement with GameSpot or purchasing something. As a consumer, I wish that GameSpot was providing me with more information.
Q: "****, how do I rejoin Total Access? Under Prefs/Account, it doesn't provide an option to rejoin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Jonathan"
A: "It is under prefs/account.
Should be the far left tab.
****"
Tomorrow, I'll be posting images of the cardboard coffin. I'm required to write down a reference number on a piece of paper and place it on top of the console before sealing the box. I'm thinking about also including a message for the hard working people at the repair center. Does anyone here have something that they would like to add?
Reetesh was here! In spirit.
I do believe that this makes for the fourth time that my 360 has given me the stink-eye. Five, if you count the Hard Drive that failed me.
I need to get ready for work. I'll deal with the top notch customer service, when I get home.
Bungie has once again added S.W.A.T. to this weekends playlist and the victor gets double EXP for each win and for nabbing MVP. The Double EXP Playlist, will disappear in the wee hours of Monday morning.

Extermination! Playing S.W.A.T. as an Elite, because you can't headshot them from behind. And S.W.A.T. is all about the headshot.
What you see in the image, happened about fifteen minutes ago. I was so excited, I jumped out of my chair. I'm a nerd!
