  Update, Random Stuff

  Since Its been almost two months since I posted a Blog I decided to just post one.

  Also yes I'm still on Gamespot I just haven't been posting blogs.

  Otherwise. Lately I have been playing Rock Band 2 which I bought and have been playing Warhawk when I can. School has been kind of slow with work (good thing) so I have been having a lot of free time lately. I also decided to put Wario Land: Shake It on my Gamefly Queve since I beat every Wario Land game to date and might as well rent this for a week and beat it (I heard its only 5 hours long).

  In other news. LittleBigPlanet is coming next month and I'm hyped, so is MotorStorm Pacific Rift. I got Gears of War 2 on preorder so thats tooken cared of.

  Weather wise. Its been sunny around 70 degrees. Tomorrow is suppose to be the same. Well yeah thats it for this blog post.

  Giant Bomb

  I'm just posting this blog to inform people that i'm probably not going to be on Gamespot much anymore. Giant Bomb if you didn't know is a gaming website runned by Jeff Gerstmann and Ryan Davis. It just launched Monday but I like it.

  Nintendo has officially sold out

  If you saw Nintendo's E3 08 conference you know what i'm talking about. It was pretty much a repeat of last year but worst. They talked about nonsense, showed a gameplay trailer for Animal Crossing for the Wii. Then talked about numbers and showed charts for the rest. They announced GTA for the DS (with only a logo), showed some casual games no one cares about. Showed Wii Sports Resort, Wii Music, and two new peripherials with one being pointless. I just laughed when G4 asked reggie what about core gamers and he said Animal Crossing . Seriously is this all core gamers have? Animal Crossing and a logo of GTA for DS? Thats sad. Considering if it wasn't for core gamers Nintendo would have died 2 gens ago.

  At least Microsoft and Sony still support core gamers to a high degree. Unlike Nintendo. That conference was a like a big F you to hardcore gamers from Nintendo. If anything I would think Nintendo would focus more on core games then casual garbage. Casuals don't buy games as much as cores so without cores buying games, software sales will be down.

  Yes I know there are core games on the Wii like SMG, LoZ Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, No More Heroes, and SSBB. Also games announced like Mad World, and Wario Land Shake it. This holiday season looks really meh for the Wii. All there is for gamers like myself are Wario Land Shake it and Animal Crossing City folk (Mad World doesn't come out till '09). Thats just sad. If this keeps up I won't be buying Nintendo next-gen system and i'll stick to Microsoft and Sony.
