    I've been...tagged?!?!

I've always hated this stupid tagging game. Really, it's dumb as sh*t. I'm not going to tag anyone, but I guess I'll give you 13 (why 13, I don't know, maybe because I didn't feel like 10) facts about little old me:

    1. I hate the Halo series

    2. I'm drawing/writing a graphic novel about war, philosophy, politics, youth, love, life, death, and idealism called Liberty...look for it on bookstore shelves one day! Please buy it if it ever is published! I'm starving and in need of money...

    3. I'm attending Skidmore College, and am studying artificial intelligence

    4. I went to an alternative high school (Waldorf School...most likely you haven't heard of it...no, it's not the Waldorf School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, as many people I meet seem to think)

    5. I supported Ron Paul for President, but now I'm going to vote for Barack Obama (even though I don't agree with half of his policies)

    6. People that walk slowly really, REALLY, annoy me

    7. I broke the left mirror off my car one time by backing up and it hitting the side of my garage. It was lame. I have a Honda Civic, by the way

    8. My favorite groups/bands/artists are The Smashing Pumpkins, Incubus, Deftones, Brand Nubian, A Tribe Called Quest, Lootpack, and De La Soul, to name a few (I have diverse and eclectic musical tastes, but I think my favorite genre of music overall is hip-hop)

    9. I've been looping the song "Paper Planes" by M.I.A. quite a bit in the past week

    10. Some nights, I find the urge to drive to Taco Bell and eat at like midnight

    11. RPG's are my favorite genre of video games overall (but not explicitly...for example, I currently believe Metal Gear Solid 4/Metal Gear Online is the greatest game ever created so far, and that's a tactical shooter/action-adventure)

    12. My GamerTag and PS3 ID is "TheWizzardman" because that's my nickname, and also because that's my name as a hip-hop MC/producer (my friends & I have a hip-hop group just for fun and stuff).

    13. Trigun is my favorite anime series, and Naruto is my favorite manga series (overall, though I like many different series...I find the Naruto anime entertaining, but it's nothing compared to the manga)

So, there you go, some facts about me. Satisfied? Good. Now nobody tag me again lol. Peace.

FFVII: Advent Children review, Mongol and review edits

Ok, ok, so it's not a video game, but Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children is extremely important to the FFVII continuity (of which I'm a fan), so I wrote a review all the same. Anyway, check it out and leave a comment if you've seen the movie.

Also, I went to see the movie Mongol the other day. It's about the life of Genghis Khan up to the point at which he becomes the khan of all Mongolians and proceeds to conquer a large area of the world. Let me just say that it was an absolutely incredible film. The atmosphere, whether it was the phenomenal lighting or the cinematography, was just flawless. The acting was stunningly good, and what's more was that nearly all of the actors were virtual unknowns. Many times, to me, it seems that movies which utilize unknown actors are better than mainstream films. Anyway, I strongly recommend the movie. Go see it. Now. Or Genghis Khan will kill you.

Recently I went back and redid some of my reviews, as some of them could have (and some of them still could) use some work. Here's a list of all of the games I've reviewed so far (though I suppose you could just scroll down and look at them in my review section):

-Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children = 8.5

-Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion = 10

    -Kingdom Hearts = 6

-Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire = 7.5

-Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare = 9.5

-Spyro the Dragon trilogy = 9.5

-Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker = 10

    -Bomberman Hero = 7.5

    -Halo 3 = 7.5

    -Naruto: Rise of a Ninja = 8

    -Mario Party 8 = 6.5

    -Super Paper Mario = 7.5

    -Gears of War = 8.5

    -Paper Mario = 10

    -Pokemon Diamond = 8

-Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past = 7.5

    -SkullMonkeys = 9

    Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion review

So I finally got around to reviewing ES IV: Oblivion. Perfect 10, that game is just straight awesome. Speaking of which, I just started a new game (my first file has 110 hours on it) to re-experience it from the beginning.
