  Quick Update - 5/10/2008

  23rd Birthday...buy me cake. Actually take that back, I want pie. My wife is in the last month of her pregnancy and is already getting minor contractions. Soon our first son will be brought into the world and I'll have a leave of absence from work. I'd like to think of it as an extended vacation, only with a crying, pooping baby. I checked out Iron Man yesterday and I must say that for a superhero movie, it's almost up there with the original Spider-Man.

  I've been spending some time playing GTAIV, slowly progressing through the campaign. I was kinda hoping to get some multiplayer action in on the weekend but nobody I know is available when I want to run over them at 100 mph. I played a few player matches and it's quite surprising how few people were online. More than half the time I was looking for a match, I was the only one in the room. This was about 8PM MST, so I know that it's not too late for most people (especially on a Saturday night). The MP in GTAIV is extemely fun in my opinion and I would really love to see more people playing it. Maybe everyone's still awe-struck on the single player mode and is saving multiplayer for last. Just some wishful thinking.

  The best, and most frustrating week of the year.

  Tuesday, Grand Theft Auto 4 - Quite possibly one of the best games ever, single player AND multiplayer. (Wow!)

  Thursday, Friday - Moving down the street to a bigger apartment.

  Saturday and Sunday - No internet, phone or cable the whole weekend. (No multiplayer GTAIV or Achievements saved.)

  To quote the late, great Darth Vader: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
