  *Check Mii Out Contest Results*

  After waiting for what seemed like forever, we finally recieved the contest results for "Mario Without His Cap."

  I myself was rated on the 8th level, I could have been rated higher if I had changed the hair .

  The three that I picked were all rated on the 9th level so that made me a bit happier.

  Congratulations on the person who won and those who made it to the top 50.

  *Super Smash Brothers Brawl*

  Yes this is the game we are all waiting for. It first started with the rumors and then became a game that will be coming out on December 3, 2007. At the moment we don't know that much about this game. There are still characters to be added, more stages, items, ect. The game is due in about four months. Nintendo has four months to add the finishing touches to make this game what we all believed it will be...OUTSTANDING! :!

  Here is what Nintendo has released about the updated and the incomming Super Smash Brothers Brawl

  Characters:

  Mario - Very old school character that has already changed the gaming world

  Link - The hero and protector of Hyrule for the Legend of Zelda games

  Fox - A character will known throughout the galaxy for saving planets and destroying all evil

  Pikachu - From the Pokemon Series. Ash Ketchum's first pokemon when he started his quest to become a Pokemon Master

  Kirby - An unusual pink being who is well known for stealing other characters powers

  Samus - Yes Samus is a girl for those who do not know. Her name is Samus Aran, and is well known for the Metroid Prime games

  Donkey Kong - The King of the Jungle

  Zelda - The princess of Hyrule and is well known for being in the Legend of Zelda games

  Yoshi - Helps Mario during through his quests

  Bowser - Yes it's Bowser, the monster who kidnaps Princess Peach

  *New Characters*

  Wario - No one is for sure how this new character's fighting ways will be like

  Zero Suit Samus - Samus without her suit

  Pit - Not well known but he is from Kid Icarus

  Meta Knight - A rival of Kirby

  Well, it is true that there are some new updates for the new Smash Brothers game. One of the biggest changes will be Assist Trophies. What are these "trophies" you ask?

  Assist Trophies

  Assist Trophies are small capsols that lay untouched until someone uses them. Once they are released they will aid the person who released them in battle. There is no way to tell who is inside.

  What Might Be in the Assist Trophies

  Hammer Bro

  Nintendog

  Samurai Goroh

  Dr. Wright

  Pokeballs will also be in the game. When you pick a pokeball and throw it, a pokemon will appear (random) and will aid you in battle. However, if the pokemon self-destroucts, it will injure the one who summoned it.

  First Day of the Wii...

  Well, this is my first blog so I hope it turns out well. Haven't reall ybeen on GS that often, so I wanted to make a blog to welcome my self back. Anyways, I was playing the Wii and other games on the computer. But hey lets get on to the story shall we?

  So, it's my birthday and I'm having a party. I invite my friends over and we are all playing video games and just chilling. But inside we are all on our toes waiting to see if I got the Wii. You see... we are all gamers and none of us had the Wii, or played it for that matter. Just heard that it was an awesome kick ass system that you had to have. Later on, I open the gift that my parents got for me. Everyone is leaning forward waiting to see if i got it. I slowly rip the wrapping paper and right away i could tell that it was the Wii. All my friends are holding their breath and once I hold up the Wii, my trophy, There all excited and rush to my bedroom so that I can setup the Wii. Keep in mind that there are about five of us with only 1 controller and one game (Wii Sports). However, no way did that stop us. We played for about 3 hours straight taking turns, laguhing at each other doing something foolish when the adults came in. Now it was them who will be playing the Wii. We offered if they wanted to play and of course they wanted to try it out. Well, it was about an hour and a half that they have been playing Wii Sports. All the "kids" were just staring looking bored waiting for them to leave. While the grownups were playing and laughing at each other or being frustrated because they were losing.

  It is now about 4 am in the morning and we just crash. My friends spent the night over so the next day what do we do when we wake up? We play the Wii! Well, there goes another 4 hours of my life. After a while we wanted to play a different game so we head to GameStop and buy WarioWare with an extra controller, including two nunchuks. Once we get back to my house, we try the game and get hooked right away. Time flies by and we pass the entire game in a few hours. Now we are all disappointed since we wanted the game to go on further. Now we got another idea. Since we have two controllers and two nunchuks why don't we play Wii sports! So that is what we do and once again it is almost 10 pm and they had to go. Once they leave my parents step in and play both WarioWare and Wii Sports. I watch for about half an hour then fall asleep. And from time to time I will wake up and still see my parents play. I assumed that they played until 1 in the morning. It just goes to show that the Nintendo Wii is a video game system that everyone can enjoy no matter how old you are or what kind of a gamer you are. I'm not saying this to put any system down, I truly enjoy playing the Xbox 360 and I love the graphics of the PS3. Wii Sports will be a game that will not be forgotten for a long time. You feel as if you are really in the game and the graphics are very clear. Now I know why Nintendo give out a free Wii Sports game if you buy the Wii. They want their costumers to get addicted to that game and believe that if this game was good then all of the others should be the same. And, well it worked. I can't wait for new games to come out and some day get the 360 as well.
