  Yet Again - My 360 Died :(

  Only a month into it being repaired the first time, my poor 360 died yet again

  I wouldn't hold any grudges against MS - since they have made IMO one of the best consoles I have played on, and another faulty console isn't going to cause me to lose faith.

  Already in line to have to have it repaired yet again.

  Note to self - next time play it in a cool room and not in 40 degree celcuis weather

  Me @ World Cyber Games In Sydney

  Today was the final day of this event - which you could call it between a tiny E3 and a national LAN party held in Luna Park Sydney. Hosted by Samsung and sponsered by Microsoft X360, Gamespot AU, Dick Smith Electronics and more, it was what Aussies could get as close to an E3.

  I was there today and I must say I had a really good time. There was some near display items on show from Samsung such as the world's first 3D television (my opinion, fails), digital cameras and mp3 players. There was also tournaments ranging from CoD4, CS 1.6, Halo 3 and Guitar Hero 3 - and believe me, those guys put me to shame, they are extremely good players...

  I managed to get some pics from the event - they are horrible quality ones since my N73 doesn't come with a great camera and most of the pictures look shaky so I apologize on that part.

  I wasn't there the entire time, I had to leave about 3 hours from the closing because my friends were whinging that they were bored - damn you guys!!! But was there from opening so thats cool.

  P.S - completely forgot to take a photo from outside of the venue, but rest assured that this was from WCG today

  Really impressive this, an OC rig with a E8600 OCed to a whopping 5.8GHz! Cooled with liquid nitrogen, no joke, screenshot with proof next!

  Managed to snap a quick one of some booth chicks (minus the guys of course ) - damn it! wish I had a better camera then!!!! and I wish I could have taken more, there were some hot asian ones...

  CoD4 LAN action available to the public - I joined in for a game and came out 5th place out of 8 players - I'm sooo bad at it now

  All in all, a very enjoyable day which was a shame that I couldn't stay the entire time. Hopefully such an event will be back next time bigger and better.

  Battlefield Bad Company Xbox360 Player

  I got Battlefield Bad Company yesterday for my Xbox360 today and I've been playing through the campaign.

  Gotta say, the game is pretty fun and interesting - the single player is good, Haggard is epic LULZ! Pulls some funny quotes at time and his constant bickering with his teammate SW (what the?! GS won't allow me to put his name! it's censored for some reason ) is hilarious!

  Anyways, also played some multiplayer un-ranked matches, and it's quite fun and hectic - it's no BF2, but still good enough. Also some ranked ones to, only up to private rank, so early days.

  EDIT - I previously got the game for my PS3, but the PS3 control just fails with FPSes, so I exchanged it for the 360 version, and it's much better, therefore this blog has been edited for the 360 one.
