Now isn't this interesting.
So a couple of days ago I wrote my review of World of Warcraft on here and I gave it a 4.0 out of 10. Surprisingly 3 out of the 5 people that read it found it helpful. Apparently I am not the only one who wasn't impressed by the so called "greatest MMORPG" online. The problem with that game wasn't that it was bad. It was the fact that you had to pay for it and I wasn't going to buy 30 dollar airtime cards for a game I just wasn't enjoying when there were many other free MMORPGs out there that I loved. So for all you WoW players out there looking for something different here are a few games I personally recomend that are free to play unless you buy cash shop items.
1: Atlantica Online: An overall decent game. Good if you don't like player player interaction. Turn based strategic battle system where you have your own party of mercenaries.
2: Flyff: All the harshness of the WoW leveling system without the pay. Yet still more fun.
3: Requiem Bloodymare: A "horror based" MMORPG. Good graphics with a decent amount of gore. Gameplay is smooth. Battle system isn't too complex.

Now I am kinda ticked
Just saw what Dissidia Final Fantasy actually is I am really regretting let my parents sell my PSP. True this would be like the only game I want for the PSP and we did use the money to get our PS2 back as well as some groceries. however this game is gonna be awesome. I mean being able to play as such cool characters as Cloud, Cecil, Tara, Squall, and all the other not so cool characters. Not to mention being able to play as Sephy ^_^ my favorite villain of all time no questions asked. Time to save up my allowance and buy that $200 bundle from gamestop.
