First Impressions of Dishonored

Really enjoying this game so far...not that far into it yet but hoping I continue to enjoy it the further on I get into the game. Just wish I could find more health faster or that it would regenerate on it's own...I know eating things regenerates Corvo's health as well, but sometimes I don't need a boost when I come across food lol. This playthrough I am practically just killing my way through...maybe next one I will try to do it without killing anyone...don't see how though, I was going to try that this round, but this game seems to make it hard to sneak past people.

The only time i have trouble sneaking is the first mission because you don't have Powers yet after that i just Choke everyone using Blink and Slow Time (these two is all you need if you're going for a Pacifist and Shadow playthrough)

@guildclaws  I would like to get all the achievements so I am going to have to find some way to sneak past everyone in the beginning too...then there is the achievement for playing all the way through only buying the blink power...I think I may have to play through two more times at least. Just finished it today but have got the DLC and was attempting one mission but got caught lol...will have to try again next time lol.

I must get around to this game.  A few people on my friend's list are playing at the moment.  I, on the other hand am playing Dragon's Dogma.  I am really rather pleasantly surprised.

@wavey_gravey  Have just looked at that Dragon's Dogma, it looks rather interesting...something I think I may like...may get it sometime down the line, maybe when I am done with Dishonored and the latest add on to Skyrim when I purchase that lol.

I have noticed in other games that stealth/sneaking is what they want you to do and it is some times easier to finish the quest that way but blasting your way through and wiping out everyone in your way is so much more satisfying and does help to relieve stress so much more than woosing out.... I mean sneaking around the enemy.

Hello Kate.  I'm back. Finally and forever I think.  I am really looking forward to being able to get this game, hopefully soon so thank you for the first impressions.  It sounds as good as I thought it looked.

I'd say the opposite: I actually found it a lot easier to sneak past people than killing them. When you get more powers then hiding and sneaking become very fun and enjoyable.

@gbrading  have now got a few more abilities so I may find it easier.
