Freedom, while being governed, is a myth. True freedom means doing what ever you want, without interfering with the freedom of others. Governments limit that. True Freedom is Anarchy.

If the World was a game...
If the World, or better stated, if modern civilization was a giant sim game I would turn on all the disasters and let them rip the world apart so I could start a new one. There is not one aspect of modern civilization that I can totally relate to. Sure there are things that I like, for instance; video games, movies and cheeseburgers, but on the whole, this civ sucks. Things that should be free for all are illegal, and things that never should have seen the light of day are common place. Why is it that sicknesses, not seen in industrialized nations in a hundred yearsare still killing people in "less fortunate" countries, when we here in America have a pill to make our hard-ons last longer? How f*cking bass-ackwards is that? How is it that people still think they have the right to tell other people how to live? How is it that ancient religions and archaic belief systems threaten to destroy the whole world, when we have the science to pretty much prove their beliefs are baseless? How can people find it hard to believe that we put a man on the moon, when they believe a man rose from the dead? Jesus; Zombie or Vampire, you decide. How is it that we still cling to Victorian morals when those morals let slavery happen? I wish I had an answer to these questions, I really do. If there was a god, he would have looked down on his failed game and started anew. Just like the rest of us would have done if our SimCity wasnt working out as planned. I hope I get to live to see this so-called Civilization come to an end. I will dance on its ashes. I am the Barbarian at the gate, I am the Demon Puppeteer, I am the MadMan.

Walk or Climb
To walk a path is easy. To climb a cliff is hard. At the end of the path is Death. At the top of the cliff is Paradise. Are you walking or climbing through life?- Posted Jul 18, 2008 8:01 am GMT
