  First platinum trophy!

  I finally got my first platinum trophy. Actually, I got it two months ago, but I haven't had a blog topic in a while. The game that I got a platinum for is Resident Evil 5. It took a long time to complete. I don't understand how people have the time to get a platinum trophy in a game in just a few days. It's mind boggling. Some of these games take forever to get everything.

  And now for a list of wanted games:

  Dead Space for the PS3

  BioShock for the PS3

  God of War Collection for the PS3

  Demon's Souls for the PS3

  Uncharted and Uncharted 2 for the PS3

  Dragon Age: Origins for the PS3 (I would go with PC, but I don't have enough to get a really good PC)

  I can't think of anything else at this moment that I want.

  What's the best way to convince my dad God of War isn't so bad?

  I'm sixteen, and I still can't get God of War. From a glance, that might sound extremely sad, but I have an eleven-year-old brother, and the fact that he heard there's a sex mini-game is making him say no about the game. Actually, what he heard from my cousin was a huge exaggeration, and possibly a complete lie. He said that to gain health, you have to have sex to do so. I did a little research on the game, and I realise now that it is far from the truth. I couldn't believe how much of an exaggeration that was. Seriously, it only lasts ten seconds, you don't see any of the action, and it's only worth playing once because you only get rewards once.

  I'm hoping to get the version that is going to have both games on one Blu-ray disc for the PS3 around Christmas, so, in a way, I'm happy that I haven't been allowed to play because now I can get the version that has been remastered in high definition. Now my goal is to figure out how to convince my dad that it's not so bad.

  I was thinking of telling him how huge the overexaggeration is, and that there's only one mini-game per game with that content, and in both of them, there's no viewing the action, plus it's only worth doing once because the rewards are only offered once. Other than that, it's just a way bloodier and more gruesome version of Devil May Cry (he doesn't care how violent the game is).

  I could also set limits on my own playing of the game. Possibly an hour a day, since it could be made that my brother cannot play the game. I don't want to be limited to what I can play because of my brother. The game looks so epic, and I really hate the fact that I'm being limited on it. I feel it's because of my brother.

  What ****** me off the most is that he lets us watch movies that are far worse. Watchmen had an explicit sex scene. Sure, he put his hand over my brother's eyes, but still...
