So at first I was incredibly excited when I read the title of the Topic, after watching the video I was rather disappointed. Instead of giving us a brand new Donkey Kong game, they rather just port Donkey Kong Country Returns to the 3DS and give it 3D graphics. I'm still hoping for an announcement of a brand new Donkey Kong Country game coming to the Wii U. That would be downright awesome.
I would have liked a new Donkey Kong game too,I usually don't like paying the price of a new release game for a game I've already played before,even if it's given HD graphics/3D features,although there is some exceptions such as Final Fantasy X HD but DK Country Returns isn't one of them even though I've loved the DK games since the DK game/watch handheld games.
I know what you mean. This is good news but mainly for those people that missed it on the Wii. Great game though.
As long as DKCR is getting more exposure im happy, and hopefully they will reveal some additions to this version, i mean at least a little something new would be good.
Nice! DKR is an awesome game. I hope they put in extra features. But as it stands, I'm game to play this on the go.
The gaming industry has been rather stale for a few years now. Companies just aren't taking the risks like they use to and opting for ports and sequels to established fan favorites. Not saying that this game will be bad, it's going to rock, but it would be nice to see this newest generation take some risks again.

2 Like I watched the video on the eShop and thought while the game looked good, the 3D is sub-par. I hope the 3D is improved on, hell, I doubt that's even what it'll be in the final product and I'm glad we'll have enough buttons to not use waggle in anyway.
